In less than a week the service associate offered to send me a new replacement. It does not get any better than that. This company stands behind their product. Excellent service.

GBI purchased my mini chainsaw about a… I purchased my mini chainsaw about a year ago. It is amazing. I don't have wait for my man to cut up branches anymore, I can do it myself. I have just purchased my second mini chainsaw with the pole extension. I gave my original mini chainsaw to my daughter-in-law, to see if she will like it.

GBNot Saker branded I got a similar product to what I ordered but it doesn't have the Saker brand and the instructions are all in Chinese language ans writing Smartsaker has indeed contacted me and addressed my concerns after they contacted me I used the product and it performed as I was hoping it would.I have bought several of their products in the past and have always been satisfied with them.I appreciate their quick response to my concerns regarding this purchase.
