Beautiful product, weird customer service. On March 8 I contacted the company to ask about how to return the product. I love the merchandise, but the knobs don't fit my cabinets. I received an email telling me that I would receive instructions. Yesterday, March 14, I contacted them again to say that I had not received instructions. This morning I received another email saying that my return had been started but no instruction about how to send the merchandise back. I am seriously concerned for this business as they do not seem to have processes in place to deal with basic things. Again, beautiful product, weird customer service.

Love this tissue box…..craftsmanship is… Love this tissue box…..craftsmanship is beautiful. Colors are as shown in pictures. Great choices. Quick delivery. My only complaint is it doesn’t fit the Costco box of kleenex….have to cut tissue box down.

Modern hooks, not too rustic or country Wall hook rack was just what I was looking for. Clean lines and modern hooks. Mascot originally sent wrong color, but quickly sent replacement.
