GBBeautiful product, weird customer service. On March 8 I contacted the company to ask about how to return the product. I love the merchandise, but the knobs don't fit my cabinets. I received an email telling me that I would receive instructions. Yesterday, March 14, I contacted them again to say that I had not received instructions. This morning I received another email saying that my return had been started but no instruction about how to send the merchandise back. I am seriously concerned for this business as they do not seem to have processes in place to deal with basic things. Again, beautiful product, weird customer service.

GBNo customer service Within an hour of placing the order I realized the color would not work. I sent a note through Esty asking to cancel the order. I received a response that it was outside business hours and I would receive a response the next day. 24 hours later the product was shipped and you have a no return policy. If I had realized the error after the product had shipped, I would understand being bound to the no return policy. For my request to be completely ignored is unacceptable.
