They’re ok… Your cameras and sensors are pretty good. I wish I could select only one or two to receive notifications on, like my front door camera for example. However, your doorbell camera is terrible. It doesn’t pick up anything at all and the battery only lasts 12-14 hours. How is that useful?!?

Didn't sell me what I didn't need, listened to me When we were deciding on what we needed for our house the person assisting us was not pushy at all. He educated us on everything but ultimately let us decide on what we needed. When the items came, it was easy to install by ourselves & we love that we can personalize the monitoring to our needs based on when we need it.

The abode system fits my needs very… The abode system fits my needs very well. All the various device options work for me. In addition, there have been very few outages that I can attribute to the Abode system. In addition, the support has been very good and responsive. The only thing that I would like to see is possibly some additional device options for smoke and water detection and also the sliding door device battery runs out rather quickly and requires additional expense to purchase another.

Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

Not much into gadgets especially when… Not much into gadgets especially when using apps. Got to say installing an Abode home system when very smoothly- really impressed. Had an issue subscribing to the annual payment, the online staff were very helpful . Excellent service all round.
