Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

Pretty much everything went well on installation and use. Other than a minor hiccup registering the Iota (corrected by tech support), everything else went well on installation. I'm getting notifications, both on the chime and on my phone (most of them at least). I haven't been able to test some of the devices yet like the smoke, motion or glass break detection.

Compatibility awareness The products are good, but here is my negative experience. Compatibility shortcomings with Homekit should have been mentioned before purchase. Only after purchasing we found out that the cameras are not compatible with Homekit. The other negative (which I think is big) is the kit did not contain any decals or a sign for the front yard. You have to pay to get these, after spending more than $600. The customer service is excellent.

poorly designed video doorbell Spent hours trying to make the doorbell sync with the chime until suddenly it started working. The doorbell only runs on its internal battery and the app does not notify you the battery is running low. To make matters worse the battery lasts less than a week and has to be removed from its mounting base to recharge. This product needs to go back to the drawing board, thumbs down for this video doorbell.

Very disappointing We ordered 2 outdoor cameras via their promo sale to go with our current Abode security system. Spent hours & days with 2 different techs & still not able to connect with our internet & the system. We sent it back after consulting with them & we were only reimbursed $55.32 for our $79.06 purchase. They said it was the shipping costs both ways but it was more than the shipping according to our calculation. This big promo “sale” ended up being a disappointing rip off!
