Very disappointing We ordered 2 outdoor cameras via their promo sale to go with our current Abode security system. Spent hours & days with 2 different techs & still not able to connect with our internet & the system. We sent it back after consulting with them & we were only reimbursed $55.32 for our $79.06 purchase. They said it was the shipping costs both ways but it was more than the shipping according to our calculation. This big promo “sale” ended up being a disappointing rip off!

Hard to get a good response by email… Hard to get a good response by email takes multiple attempts Sometimes alarm goes off no one calls is there a time indicator before you call ? I bought what I thought was a camera so I could monitor but probably my mistake it’s a motion detector

The worst The worst. Hub not working properly . Plus they changed their service terms ! Now you can’t enjoy the automations for free and the detailed notifications ! Everything is made to make you pay even If you think you will use HomeKit instead . Pro plan not available in Quebec but they let you pay anyway. So no monitoring and no cellular backup lool . Finally, Very poor support

Compatibility awareness The products are good, but here is my negative experience. Compatibility shortcomings with Homekit should have been mentioned before purchase. Only after purchasing we found out that the cameras are not compatible with Homekit. The other negative (which I think is big) is the kit did not contain any decals or a sign for the front yard. You have to pay to get these, after spending more than $600. The customer service is excellent.

Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!
