Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

We are long term users and love Abode We have been using Abode for home security and monitoring, leak detection, CO/Smoke detection, and multiple smart home functions (locks, lights, etc.) We love what Abode provides for us seamlessly, and perfectly customized to our needs. Abode connects easily through their mobile app, and we also access it through Alexa and Home Assistant. So versatile, customizable, and reliable. I can't say enough good things about Abode.

I love the system, but get the cameras in Apple Home I love the system, even though the settings get a little complicated and could use some pop-up explanations or examples to show when to turn something on or off. What I hate is that the cameras do not show up on HomeKit! I understand that there may be a different cost for Abode to do so. So then make another version for Apple users!

The quality isn’t there The quality isn’t there. The image isn’t clear enough. You cannot zoom in on the footage. The system goes offline more than I think is acceptable and the interface is clunky and could use some additional refinement. I wish I never purchased the system. I would warn future buyer to do your homework and get them to follow through on their word to send samples/live link before buying. I asked and they never sent it. Their 50% off sale is bait tactic. Take your time in reviewing.

poorly designed video doorbell Spent hours trying to make the doorbell sync with the chime until suddenly it started working. The doorbell only runs on its internal battery and the app does not notify you the battery is running low. To make matters worse the battery lasts less than a week and has to be removed from its mounting base to recharge. This product needs to go back to the drawing board, thumbs down for this video doorbell.
