Hard to get a good response by email… Hard to get a good response by email takes multiple attempts Sometimes alarm goes off no one calls is there a time indicator before you call ? I bought what I thought was a camera so I could monitor but probably my mistake it’s a motion detector

Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

Very disappointing We ordered 2 outdoor cameras via their promo sale to go with our current Abode security system. Spent hours & days with 2 different techs & still not able to connect with our internet & the system. We sent it back after consulting with them & we were only reimbursed $55.32 for our $79.06 purchase. They said it was the shipping costs both ways but it was more than the shipping according to our calculation. This big promo “sale” ended up being a disappointing rip off!

poorly designed video doorbell Spent hours trying to make the doorbell sync with the chime until suddenly it started working. The doorbell only runs on its internal battery and the app does not notify you the battery is running low. To make matters worse the battery lasts less than a week and has to be removed from its mounting base to recharge. This product needs to go back to the drawing board, thumbs down for this video doorbell.

The quality isn’t there The quality isn’t there. The image isn’t clear enough. You cannot zoom in on the footage. The system goes offline more than I think is acceptable and the interface is clunky and could use some additional refinement. I wish I never purchased the system. I would warn future buyer to do your homework and get them to follow through on their word to send samples/live link before buying. I asked and they never sent it. Their 50% off sale is bait tactic. Take your time in reviewing.
