I would have provided 5 stars if my Z… I would have provided 5 stars if my Z wave Schlage connect Deadbolt would work on my system. It once did work but an apparent upgrade disconnected it and I cannot reconnect it. Also my GE z wave thermostat will not connect to your system. Another issue is your light bulbs. Once power is lost they do not reconnect to the system. This is inconvenient for a vacation home since no one is there to manually reconnect them. Other than those three items everything else works fine including your cameras.

Its junk - it might seem cheap and private and contractless - but its not Every time I try to connect to my two downlights via blue tooth something has changed in the app and nothing works. Its almost as if they deliberately what to make it the worst experience ever! Every time I go to use it it suddenly needs some new permission, for example it suddenly started needing to use location then it needed a wifi connection then it wanted the camera - its a coloured light FFS! This stuff is junk! All I wanted was to turn on some coloured lights and set the colour - but it is NEVER simple- I have to mess around with passwords and locations and blue tooth and reset this and reset that! ITS STUPID! dont waste your money.

We are long term users and love Abode We have been using Abode for home security and monitoring, leak detection, CO/Smoke detection, and multiple smart home functions (locks, lights, etc.) We love what Abode provides for us seamlessly, and perfectly customized to our needs. Abode connects easily through their mobile app, and we also access it through Alexa and Home Assistant. So versatile, customizable, and reliable. I can't say enough good things about Abode.

Security and Reliability I've been an Abode customer for a few months now. During this time, I have come to value the reliability of the system, especially when I travel and have the ability to use the cameras to check in on my pets. I also love the notifications that I receive when motion is detected and the ability to view the stream real-time if needed. Setting up the system was also easy and took me less than an hour for everything. Afterwards, I integrated it with Alexa which makes controlling the system easy through voice commands. Overall, very happy and glad I chose Abode!

poorly designed video doorbell Spent hours trying to make the doorbell sync with the chime until suddenly it started working. The doorbell only runs on its internal battery and the app does not notify you the battery is running low. To make matters worse the battery lasts less than a week and has to be removed from its mounting base to recharge. This product needs to go back to the drawing board, thumbs down for this video doorbell.
