Pretty much everything went well on installation and use. Other than a minor hiccup registering the Iota (corrected by tech support), everything else went well on installation. I'm getting notifications, both on the chime and on my phone (most of them at least). I haven't been able to test some of the devices yet like the smoke, motion or glass break detection.

They’re ok… Your cameras and sensors are pretty good. I wish I could select only one or two to receive notifications on, like my front door camera for example. However, your doorbell camera is terrible. It doesn’t pick up anything at all and the battery only lasts 12-14 hours. How is that useful?!?

Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

Not much into gadgets especially when… Not much into gadgets especially when using apps. Got to say installing an Abode home system when very smoothly- really impressed. Had an issue subscribing to the annual payment, the online staff were very helpful . Excellent service all round.

Its junk - it might seem cheap and private and contractless - but its not Every time I try to connect to my two downlights via blue tooth something has changed in the app and nothing works. Its almost as if they deliberately what to make it the worst experience ever! Every time I go to use it it suddenly needs some new permission, for example it suddenly started needing to use location then it needed a wifi connection then it wanted the camera - its a coloured light FFS! This stuff is junk! All I wanted was to turn on some coloured lights and set the colour - but it is NEVER simple- I have to mess around with passwords and locations and blue tooth and reset this and reset that! ITS STUPID! dont waste your money.
