Expected more flexibility Bought ABODE for residential standalone use. Alarm system is effective yet simple. I'd expect the capability of dividing group of sensors in zones (ground floor, first floor, main house, barbecue place, etc) in order to allow different time delays per zone.

The abode system fits my needs very… The abode system fits my needs very well. All the various device options work for me. In addition, there have been very few outages that I can attribute to the Abode system. In addition, the support has been very good and responsive. The only thing that I would like to see is possibly some additional device options for smoke and water detection and also the sliding door device battery runs out rather quickly and requires additional expense to purchase another.

Not much into gadgets especially when… Not much into gadgets especially when using apps. Got to say installing an Abode home system when very smoothly- really impressed. Had an issue subscribing to the annual payment, the online staff were very helpful . Excellent service all round.

Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

The quality isn’t there The quality isn’t there. The image isn’t clear enough. You cannot zoom in on the footage. The system goes offline more than I think is acceptable and the interface is clunky and could use some additional refinement. I wish I never purchased the system. I would warn future buyer to do your homework and get them to follow through on their word to send samples/live link before buying. I asked and they never sent it. Their 50% off sale is bait tactic. Take your time in reviewing.
