Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

Expected more flexibility Bought ABODE for residential standalone use. Alarm system is effective yet simple. I'd expect the capability of dividing group of sensors in zones (ground floor, first floor, main house, barbecue place, etc) in order to allow different time delays per zone.

The worst The worst. Hub not working properly . Plus they changed their service terms ! Now you can’t enjoy the automations for free and the detailed notifications ! Everything is made to make you pay even If you think you will use HomeKit instead . Pro plan not available in Quebec but they let you pay anyway. So no monitoring and no cellular backup lool . Finally, Very poor support

I would have provided 5 stars if my Z… I would have provided 5 stars if my Z wave Schlage connect Deadbolt would work on my system. It once did work but an apparent upgrade disconnected it and I cannot reconnect it. Also my GE z wave thermostat will not connect to your system. Another issue is your light bulbs. Once power is lost they do not reconnect to the system. This is inconvenient for a vacation home since no one is there to manually reconnect them. Other than those three items everything else works fine including your cameras.

Very disappointing We ordered 2 outdoor cameras via their promo sale to go with our current Abode security system. Spent hours & days with 2 different techs & still not able to connect with our internet & the system. We sent it back after consulting with them & we were only reimbursed $55.32 for our $79.06 purchase. They said it was the shipping costs both ways but it was more than the shipping according to our calculation. This big promo “sale” ended up being a disappointing rip off!
