Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

Compatibility awareness The products are good, but here is my negative experience. Compatibility shortcomings with Homekit should have been mentioned before purchase. Only after purchasing we found out that the cameras are not compatible with Homekit. The other negative (which I think is big) is the kit did not contain any decals or a sign for the front yard. You have to pay to get these, after spending more than $600. The customer service is excellent.

Pretty much everything went well on installation and use. Other than a minor hiccup registering the Iota (corrected by tech support), everything else went well on installation. I'm getting notifications, both on the chime and on my phone (most of them at least). I haven't been able to test some of the devices yet like the smoke, motion or glass break detection.

Security and Reliability I've been an Abode customer for a few months now. During this time, I have come to value the reliability of the system, especially when I travel and have the ability to use the cameras to check in on my pets. I also love the notifications that I receive when motion is detected and the ability to view the stream real-time if needed. Setting up the system was also easy and took me less than an hour for everything. Afterwards, I integrated it with Alexa which makes controlling the system easy through voice commands. Overall, very happy and glad I chose Abode!

They’re ok… Your cameras and sensors are pretty good. I wish I could select only one or two to receive notifications on, like my front door camera for example. However, your doorbell camera is terrible. It doesn’t pick up anything at all and the battery only lasts 12-14 hours. How is that useful?!?
