We are long term users and love Abode We have been using Abode for home security and monitoring, leak detection, CO/Smoke detection, and multiple smart home functions (locks, lights, etc.) We love what Abode provides for us seamlessly, and perfectly customized to our needs. Abode connects easily through their mobile app, and we also access it through Alexa and Home Assistant. So versatile, customizable, and reliable. I can't say enough good things about Abode.

Not much into gadgets especially when… Not much into gadgets especially when using apps. Got to say installing an Abode home system when very smoothly- really impressed. Had an issue subscribing to the annual payment, the online staff were very helpful . Excellent service all round.

They’re ok… Your cameras and sensors are pretty good. I wish I could select only one or two to receive notifications on, like my front door camera for example. However, your doorbell camera is terrible. It doesn’t pick up anything at all and the battery only lasts 12-14 hours. How is that useful?!?

Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

The worst The worst. Hub not working properly . Plus they changed their service terms ! Now you can’t enjoy the automations for free and the detailed notifications ! Everything is made to make you pay even If you think you will use HomeKit instead . Pro plan not available in Quebec but they let you pay anyway. So no monitoring and no cellular backup lool . Finally, Very poor support
