Nothing has worked for me Nothing had worked for me. It’s all useless. The cameras never stay connected, the front door camera will not upgrade, online but black image. I have nothing set up to give alerts but paid for Pro plan? I see in an old email you were supposed to send me a sim to activate? Never received. Not even the sign works to pretend I have security. Came missing one piece! Total complete waste of money so far, high aggravation cost too!

They’re ok… Your cameras and sensors are pretty good. I wish I could select only one or two to receive notifications on, like my front door camera for example. However, your doorbell camera is terrible. It doesn’t pick up anything at all and the battery only lasts 12-14 hours. How is that useful?!?

Pretty much everything went well on installation and use. Other than a minor hiccup registering the Iota (corrected by tech support), everything else went well on installation. I'm getting notifications, both on the chime and on my phone (most of them at least). I haven't been able to test some of the devices yet like the smoke, motion or glass break detection.

The quality isn’t there The quality isn’t there. The image isn’t clear enough. You cannot zoom in on the footage. The system goes offline more than I think is acceptable and the interface is clunky and could use some additional refinement. I wish I never purchased the system. I would warn future buyer to do your homework and get them to follow through on their word to send samples/live link before buying. I asked and they never sent it. Their 50% off sale is bait tactic. Take your time in reviewing.

The abode system fits my needs very… The abode system fits my needs very well. All the various device options work for me. In addition, there have been very few outages that I can attribute to the Abode system. In addition, the support has been very good and responsive. The only thing that I would like to see is possibly some additional device options for smoke and water detection and also the sliding door device battery runs out rather quickly and requires additional expense to purchase another.
