GBStay away from this Company Anzzi Stay away from this Company Anzzi, Purchased a Bathroom Vessel Faucet approx. 1 yr. and half ago and it's already leaking, Tried to contact the company on the warranty since it's lifetime, and all I keep getting is emails telling me they're checking on the registration for the warranty. Tried going online to order a new replacement cartridge and no luck finding parts for this brand, Even ANZZI doesn't sell parts for they're faucets, Called a my friend a licensed plumber and he said replace the faucet it's not worth trying to find the replacement parts. They look high quality but they're junk.

GBThe heater bar arrived as promised but… The heater bar arrived as promised but there is a big scratch on the front. I altered the customer service team of this issue and was promised a response. 2 weeks later there has been no response.

GBBuyer beware remote fail less than s yesr After 6 months of smart toilet use remote went out. Company is unwilling for any type of support stating out of warranty. Remote replacement cost $300. This is not a luxury built brand if product does not last a year. Very disappointed buyer beware

GBBuyer Beware 15+ days and no shipment confirmation, I had to email to find out where my item was! 20 days after the original purchase they just cancel the order and issued the refund. I note, these doors are STILL availble on the website for purchase!!! Not 'Temporarily Unavailable' or 'Currently out of Stock'. Still fuming!! Not a simple email communication or a sorry or a we will honor your sale price. Nope! Just a they are damaged, we will contact you when everything is handled and replaced. Do not have to bother reaching out to me, I will take my business elsewhere and never purchase another Anzzi product again. I would rather NOT have another round with a company who lacks simple communication skills and has all around poor business etiquette!
