GBNot the best service Took multiple emails and pictures to get replacement parts not in original package even as I was very specific and provided part numbers. Eventually, they did agree to send needed parts.

GBBuyer Beware 15+ days and no shipment confirmation, I had to email to find out where my item was! 20 days after the original purchase they just cancel the order and issued the refund. I note, these doors are STILL availble on the website for purchase!!! Not 'Temporarily Unavailable' or 'Currently out of Stock'. Still fuming!! Not a simple email communication or a sorry or a we will honor your sale price. Nope! Just a they are damaged, we will contact you when everything is handled and replaced. Do not have to bother reaching out to me, I will take my business elsewhere and never purchase another Anzzi product again. I would rather NOT have another round with a company who lacks simple communication skills and has all around poor business etiquette!

GBBeware. They are cluless. I do not usually review items But feel the need to review this crappy product and company. Never have I ever received such bad customer service in my 59 years of life. The drain instructions and parts do not match up. I tried to talk to customer service and after days of waiting I find out no one there knows anything about their product. They say to drill a 2" hole and then tell you put a 2-1/4" gasket in it. I take pictures with a tape measure showing the dimensions and instructions and then since they can't comprehend even the most basic concepts of math I get told to take a video. Then they say those aren't their parts. As if some magical parts just showed up at my house. This is what you get with Chinese made parts and customer service elsewhere who have never once seen their own parts. Beware.

GBPart issues - Buyers be aware!! I purchased and installed this ANZZI faucet 3 years ago. Starting August 2023, the faucet started to drip water and would not shut off. The problem appears to be the water valve assembly which needs to be replaced. However, I was informed by customer service that the part was on back order. I have repeatedly contacted the customer service since then, and I got the same answer. Now I learned the part will not be available until May 2024! I no longer believe the timeline, or if the part will ever come. This is a ridiculous situation, a customer should not have to wait at least 9 months for a replacement part to come! If you are thinking of buying this faucet, please be aware that if anything is broken, you WILL almost certainly NOT be able to repair it!!

GBNEVER AGAIN !!! I've been in the construction business for more than 50 years and this has to be among the worst experiences I've had over a simple sink faucet. Ordered on 07 FEB 2024, delivered 13 FEB 2024. Checked the box to be sure all the parts were there, before I began the replacement. Found that the clamp springs for the water line attachment were missing along with an Allen wrench. Contacted customer and reported the shortage (Including their part numbers). It took until 12 MAR 2024 (and several more contacts) to finally get the correct parts. The final straw was the flexible hose assembly was several inches too long to fit the valve handles. Fortunately it was flexible enough to bend around to fit onto the valves, but required me crawling into the sink cabinet to do this. More pain than I'd be willing to go through again.
