I actually learned more about my system that I was unaware of because of his thoroughness. Don't lose him as a employee; hope you treat him as well as he treated me. and hope he is always my service man.

His Name was Mr. Nilson Hernzandez, This Gentleman was so Kind and Understanding, He worked with Me because I’m Disabled and he kindly encouraged me to go sit down and rest. Wilson Hernandez, installer The installer for my system was Wilson Hernandez. His partner, name unknown, was not here the full time. Mr. Hernandez was very patient with someone who knew NOTHING about security systems. He explained "whys" and "howtos" as he went along. He was careful to make sure everything was returned to its proper place and the system was covering the areas as planned. When finished he made another run-through to make sure I could turn the system on, off, and clear unneeded files before the system became bogged down. Thank you for having caring workers like him.
