1st Class Service Blessings to you I’m Ms. Alicia I wanted to give a review on the Gentleman/ Technician who came to assist me with your services. His Name was Mr. Nilson Hernzandez, This Gentleman was so Kind and Understanding, He worked with Me because I’m Disabled and he kindly encouraged me to go sit down and rest. He has came 2 times so far and I would like for The Company to continue to allow him to provide me with 1st Class Service. I plan to remain with the Company and I will share my experiences with others. May God Bless This Company and it’s Workers.🙋🏽‍♀️

Wilson Hernandez Wilson Hernandez Was wonderful! He helped me as a new customer with understanding my system. He was able to label all the parts of my home so I know what door/window is open and how to keep my family safe. He was VERY thorough with his explanations. It was a privilege to speak to someone who is so knowledgeable! Thank you!

CPPS is trustworthy and does what is commits to doing. CPPS customer service answered my call immediately. Could see the issue. Order tech service. Russell Mimms called me the next day, schedule the tech to come. A confirmation was sent and a reminder 24 hour from the appointment. Nilson Hernandez arrived as promised with a peer technician. They did the work, explained it, and worked independently allowing me to continue working in my office. All done correctly.

Nilson Hernzandez CPSS Review The technician, Nilson Hernzandez, arrived to the appointment as scheduled. He efficiently got the security system setup, tested the system, and completely explained how it the systems works. Nilson finished the work quickly and accurately. He even helped fix a door knob that was a builder issue.
