He explained the working of the system panel, and changed the batteries. He was very patient in spite of many questions from me. I am very happy and satisfied with him overall. Wilson Hernandez, installer The installer for my system was Wilson Hernandez. His partner, name unknown, was not here the full time. Mr. Hernandez was very patient with someone who knew NOTHING about security systems. He explained "whys" and "howtos" as he went along. He was careful to make sure everything was returned to its proper place and the system was covering the areas as planned. When finished he made another run-through to make sure I could turn the system on, off, and clear unneeded files before the system became bogged down. Thank you for having caring workers like him.

CPPS is trustworthy and does what is commits to doing. CPPS customer service answered my call immediately. Could see the issue. Order tech service. Russell Mimms called me the next day, schedule the tech to come. A confirmation was sent and a reminder 24 hour from the appointment. Nilson Hernandez arrived as promised with a peer technician. They did the work, explained it, and worked independently allowing me to continue working in my office. All done correctly.

Sensor fix Nilson was great and very efficient but a little excessive insisting on a review right there and then.
