No smoke and mirrors you get what you requested had your security system installed yesterday at my house. What I asked for from fortknox home security I am getting. Great service so far great technician. I tried vivint two weeks ago and cancelled within 1 day was horrible, had adt for 7 hours canceled them what they promised to install is not what I got. Then wanted $600 to install what I wanted. I am enjoying fort knox home security and you have a customer for a long time coming.

Once we made the decision to go with them they installed immediately and gave us a great tutorial on our new system! High recommend them for any Pastors looking into securing your facilities and church.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is… The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because our previous appointment was made & confirmed. Yet, on appointment day the technician didn't call; did not show up. We were left in limbo all day. However, on Monday, after we called them (they did not follow up with us.), they did apologize profusely. Scheduled another appointment which went without a hitch. Unfortunately, though, that first impression left a bitter taste. The technician who did show up, Enrique, was top notch, A-1 tech. He was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. Hopefully, my first experience was the exception not the rule.

Best alarm company I have ever had! Fort Knox Home security has not only the best systems and options out here, but the best customer service I have ever spoke to. Anytime I have questions about possible upgrades to our system, or changes that I would like made to it, I have always received top notch customer service! Their techs know what they are doing and get the job done right and fast. If after installation you want changes made, they come back out and make it happen! I will never go with another company again!
