The installer, Barret Smith, was a very professional installer and explained all of the system to our satisfaction. I have never had such fast results from any business before. Thumbs Up! I own a vacation home in Texas and after lots of research went with Fort Knox Security a few years back. They lowered my costs substantially from what I was paying. When I was initially installed, I upgraded to the new Go Control system that features a touch screen keypad which also communicates with my smart phone. I love the feature that allows me to disarm/arm remotely. Surprisingly user friendly! I am writing a new review after adding some additional features, 2 Co2 sensors and a front door remote lock. I was glad to see the same technician that had done my original install. Good companies keep good employees!! I would 100 % recommend Fort Knox Security. They offer the best pricing in the market and deliver great customer service each time!
