Excellent service Excellent service! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. Usually these types of things are a pain but this was actually pleasant. Very happy with the new security system which includes many more features and was only a few bucks more than I was paying for ADT monthly. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

Thumbs Up! I own a vacation home in Texas and after lots of research went with Fort Knox Security a few years back. They lowered my costs substantially from what I was paying. When I was initially installed, I upgraded to the new Go Control system that features a touch screen keypad which also communicates with my smart phone. I love the feature that allows me to disarm/arm remotely. Surprisingly user friendly! I am writing a new review after adding some additional features, 2 Co2 sensors and a front door remote lock. I was glad to see the same technician that had done my original install. Good companies keep good employees!! I would 100 % recommend Fort Knox Security. They offer the best pricing in the market and deliver great customer service each time!

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is… The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because our previous appointment was made & confirmed. Yet, on appointment day the technician didn't call; did not show up. We were left in limbo all day. However, on Monday, after we called them (they did not follow up with us.), they did apologize profusely. Scheduled another appointment which went without a hitch. Unfortunately, though, that first impression left a bitter taste. The technician who did show up, Enrique, was top notch, A-1 tech. He was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. Hopefully, my first experience was the exception not the rule.

Amazing security system It is an amazing security system with an easy setup. It has reasonable pricing with platinum technology. Alex as a salesman was very nice. Their technicians Mr. Carlos was very professional and helpful.
