I highly recommend Fort Knox for alarm security because Edward helped me and explained everything i needed to know. i am definitely going to refer my friends and family.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is… The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because our previous appointment was made & confirmed. Yet, on appointment day the technician didn't call; did not show up. We were left in limbo all day. However, on Monday, after we called them (they did not follow up with us.), they did apologize profusely. Scheduled another appointment which went without a hitch. Unfortunately, though, that first impression left a bitter taste. The technician who did show up, Enrique, was top notch, A-1 tech. He was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. Hopefully, my first experience was the exception not the rule.

We were helped by Jose Salazar who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable with my choice of home protection. I'll be sleeping much easier knowing my family is safe.

No smoke and mirrors you get what you requested had your security system installed yesterday at my house. What I asked for from fortknox home security I am getting. Great service so far great technician. I tried vivint two weeks ago and cancelled within 1 day was horrible, had adt for 7 hours canceled them what they promised to install is not what I got. Then wanted $600 to install what I wanted. I am enjoying fort knox home security and you have a customer for a long time coming.
