Super helpful! Super helpful! Great selection of items, extremely helpful employees. We went to a number of similar stores the same day, and Architectural Solutions was by far the best. For tile, we loved how there were so many different types of tile actually installed on the floor, and the fact that there was a map available identifying what each product was. For slabs, the sheer selection was much larger and more comprehensive than any other store we went to. And as mentioned, everyone who helped us was very friendly and effective. Thank you!

Happy Homeowners We were sent to Architectural Surfaces by our Contractor to select slabs for our outdoor kitchen project. The entire experience was perfect. Their showroom and warehouse are TOP NOTCH. The experience was highlighted by the way we were treated the moment we walked in the door. Kk treated us like we were her direct customer and was the perfect balance of helpful while also letting us take our time to look at slabs.

Broken business model … This is a nice place with a great selection. The staff is helpful to show you options and explain the materials. The business model is simply stuck in the past. We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget. Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out. This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back. It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.

Amazing Customer Service We have visited many places to look at Quartz. It is overwhelming and not that fun. However, I actually hated to leave there last Saturday! Eddie was the most amazing customer service person I have encountered in this process of looking at quartz. I am hoping we can go with you just because of his service! I was privileged to work with the designers (Maudie & KK) who went above and beyond to listen to my needs and help me brainstorm choices for my entire project. They, along with the whole team, are professional, experienced, intelligent, and kind. It was a pleasure working with this company and I will come back to them for future projects.
