Broken business model … This is a nice place with a great selection. The staff is helpful to show you options and explain the materials. The business model is simply stuck in the past. We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget. Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out. This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back. It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.

Excellent Warehouse Setup! The checkin, sample selection and warehouse walkthrough process was much more organized and easier to navigate than other surface companies. Showroom was spacious along with the warehouse to view the slabs, which helped to see the product! Jack was also very helpful and polite.

Their showroom and warehouse are TOP NOTCH. The experience was highlighted by the way we were treated the moment we walked in the door. Absolutely Perfect! Absolutely, the best part was Marlen who helped us last Friday. She was wonderful. She understood what we wanted and checked stock for availability. In fact, she found the perfect slab which matched what we wanted. She was very charming, very helpful, and very patient. She was perfect! Also, the two guys who handled the slab could not have been nicer. In addition, the physical space was beautiful, and the displays were well done. It was an excellent experience for my family and me. Thank you for having made what could have been a frustrating experience into one that was such a pleasure.

Super helpful! Super helpful! Great selection of items, extremely helpful employees. We went to a number of similar stores the same day, and Architectural Solutions was by far the best. For tile, we loved how there were so many different types of tile actually installed on the floor, and the fact that there was a map available identifying what each product was. For slabs, the sheer selection was much larger and more comprehensive than any other store we went to. And as mentioned, everyone who helped us was very friendly and effective. Thank you!
