Super helpful! Super helpful! Great selection of items, extremely helpful employees. We went to a number of similar stores the same day, and Architectural Solutions was by far the best. For tile, we loved how there were so many different types of tile actually installed on the floor, and the fact that there was a map available identifying what each product was. For slabs, the sheer selection was much larger and more comprehensive than any other store we went to. And as mentioned, everyone who helped us was very friendly and effective. Thank you!

AWESOME Customer Service, Products! Your customer service, Katlin, made our experience great!! She was very knowledgeable, absolutely knew the products, and she was an angel to work with. It was also AWESOME to see so much product in the warehouse - it really helped to look at the similar slabs we were interested in which in turn enabled us to see the differences better.

Absolutely Perfect! Absolutely, the best part was Marlen who helped us last Friday. She was wonderful. She understood what we wanted and checked stock for availability. In fact, she found the perfect slab which matched what we wanted. She was very charming, very helpful, and very patient. She was perfect! Also, the two guys who handled the slab could not have been nicer. In addition, the physical space was beautiful, and the displays were well done. It was an excellent experience for my family and me. Thank you for having made what could have been a frustrating experience into one that was such a pleasure.

Amazing Customer Service We have visited many places to look at Quartz. It is overwhelming and not that fun. However, I actually hated to leave there last Saturday! Eddie was the most amazing customer service person I have encountered in this process of looking at quartz. I am hoping we can go with you just because of his service! MaryAnn at AS is amazing! Great selection! MaryAnn at AS is amazing. I was a very indecisive and particular customer and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I made several trips to the stone yard to check things out. She was always welcoming and available to walk the yard with me and to answer any questions and was there from start to finish. She was also quick to respond to emails and was able to send photos of slabs after my visit. We are very excited and happy with our selections thanks to Mary Ann's outstanding customer service!
