GBHelpful and experienced! We were greeted and welcomed. My husband and I had not clue what we were walking into, and the gals at Architectural Surfaces made our experience so easy. We were guided and helped in making our decision. We would HIGHLY recommend their services!

GBLarge showroom with great displays The showroom was large and the displays did a great job of showing the stone and quartz used on counters and floors. What was most helpful was being able to look at the quartz in large formats in the warehouse. It helped us decide which quartz to select for our bathroom remodel. Also, the gentleman was very informative. We loved the "honed" quartz but were afraid of using it instead of the "polished" version. He alleviated any concerns we had.

GBMaryAnn at AS is amazing! Great selection! MaryAnn at AS is amazing. I was a very indecisive and particular customer and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I made several trips to the stone yard to check things out. She was always welcoming and available to walk the yard with me and to answer any questions and was there from start to finish. She was also quick to respond to emails and was able to send photos of slabs after my visit. We are very excited and happy with our selections thanks to Mary Ann's outstanding customer service!

GBHuge Selection I highly recommend Architectural Surfaces. There is a huge selection of granite, quartzite & marble. Customer service is welcoming & helpful. There is a information sheet provided with the level of quality & price ranges of rock slabs. A number on each slab makes it possible to indicate your specific slab choice. It’s a large area to walk so wear comfortable shoes. There’s an air conditioned lobby to sit & look over your slab choices. There is a counter area to work with customer service on your choices. I highly recommend Architectural Surfaces!

GBBroken business model … This is a nice place with a great selection. The staff is helpful to show you options and explain the materials. The business model is simply stuck in the past. We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget. Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out. This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back. It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.
