Amazing Customer Service We have visited many places to look at Quartz. It is overwhelming and not that fun. However, I actually hated to leave there last Saturday! Eddie was the most amazing customer service person I have encountered in this process of looking at quartz. I am hoping we can go with you just because of his service! Happy Homeowners We were sent to Architectural Surfaces by our Contractor to select slabs for our outdoor kitchen project. The entire experience was perfect. Their showroom and warehouse are TOP NOTCH. The experience was highlighted by the way we were treated the moment we walked in the door. Kk treated us like we were her direct customer and was the perfect balance of helpful while also letting us take our time to look at slabs.

Broken business model … This is a nice place with a great selection. The staff is helpful to show you options and explain the materials. The business model is simply stuck in the past. We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget. Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out. This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back. It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.

Yolanda was excelllent,went over and… Yolanda was excelllent,went over and above helping us. We decided on one choice but liked another we thought out of our price range. She suggested getting an estimate anyway,we called the next day to see if it was still available and she’d already tagged it just in case!!! So thoughtful of her. have recommended her to several friends who are considering a remodel!

Absolutely Perfect! Absolutely, the best part was Marlen who helped us last Friday. She was wonderful. She understood what we wanted and checked stock for availability. In fact, she found the perfect slab which matched what we wanted. She was very charming, very helpful, and very patient. She was perfect! Also, the two guys who handled the slab could not have been nicer. In addition, the physical space was beautiful, and the displays were well done. It was an excellent experience for my family and me. Thank you for having made what could have been a frustrating experience into one that was such a pleasure.
