She suggested getting an estimate anyway,we called the next day to see if it was still available and she’d already tagged it just in case!!! AWESOME Customer Service, Products! Your customer service, Katlin, made our experience great!! She was very knowledgeable, absolutely knew the products, and she was an angel to work with. It was also AWESOME to see so much product in the warehouse - it really helped to look at the similar slabs we were interested in which in turn enabled us to see the differences better.

Best of the best Your show room is appealing and welcoming. The numbers and alphabets in the stock room are most helpful to compare slabs. A few areas needed more light. Impressive is that you have cabinet and room color samples. The work sheets were most helpful. No other location offered these services. Best of all was Volanda's welcoming and outgoing personality. She is knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. I told my friend about my positive experience at Architectural Surfaces.

Knowledgeable associates Both associates were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I drove over an hour to look at one slab. There were 5 of that color, all covered in plastic wrap with large words written across it. I found it extremely difficult to see the true pattern and characteristics of the stone.

Well done! Upon arrival, it was clear that this facility was clean, organized and had high quality stone slabs. Carie helped us tour all the different stones, and selections available. She was very knowledgeable and patient helping us through the process. Would not hesitate to work with her again and Architectural Surfaces. Recommend it!
