I was privileged to work with the designers (Maudie & KK) who went above and beyond to listen to my needs and help me brainstorm choices for my entire project. They, along with the whole team, are professional, experienced, intelligent, and kind. It was a pleasure working with this company and I will come back to them for future projects.

Broken business model … This is a nice place with a great selection. The staff is helpful to show you options and explain the materials. The business model is simply stuck in the past. We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget. Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out. This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back. It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.

MaryAnn at AS is amazing! Great selection! MaryAnn at AS is amazing. I was a very indecisive and particular customer and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I made several trips to the stone yard to check things out. She was always welcoming and available to walk the yard with me and to answer any questions and was there from start to finish. She was also quick to respond to emails and was able to send photos of slabs after my visit. We are very excited and happy with our selections thanks to Mary Ann's outstanding customer service!

Well done! Upon arrival, it was clear that this facility was clean, organized and had high quality stone slabs. Carie helped us tour all the different stones, and selections available. She was very knowledgeable and patient helping us through the process. Would not hesitate to work with her again and Architectural Surfaces. Recommend it!

Amazing Customer Service We have visited many places to look at Quartz. It is overwhelming and not that fun. However, I actually hated to leave there last Saturday! Eddie was the most amazing customer service person I have encountered in this process of looking at quartz. I am hoping we can go with you just because of his service!
