USBest of the best Your show room is appealing and welcoming. The numbers and alphabets in the stock room are most helpful to compare slabs. A few areas needed more light. Impressive is that you have cabinet and room color samples. The work sheets were most helpful. No other location offered these services. Best of all was Volanda's welcoming and outgoing personality. She is knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. I told my friend about my positive experience at Architectural Surfaces.

USExcellent Warehouse Setup! The checkin, sample selection and warehouse walkthrough process was much more organized and easier to navigate than other surface companies. Showroom was spacious along with the warehouse to view the slabs, which helped to see the product! Jack was also very helpful and polite.

USGreat Experience at Architectural Surfaces We were greeted by Yolanda, who was amazing in every way. She was cheerful, efficient and helpful. You don't find such a wonderful attitude often in today's world. Also, the showroom and warehouse are well laid out and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

USLarge showroom with great displays The showroom was large and the displays did a great job of showing the stone and quartz used on counters and floors. What was most helpful was being able to look at the quartz in large formats in the warehouse. It helped us decide which quartz to select for our bathroom remodel. Also, the gentleman was very informative. We loved the "honed" quartz but were afraid of using it instead of the "polished" version. He alleviated any concerns we had.

USBroken business model … This is a nice place with a great selection. The staff is helpful to show you options and explain the materials. The business model is simply stuck in the past. We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget. Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out. This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back. It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.
