AWESOME Customer Service, Products! Your customer service, Katlin, made our experience great!! She was very knowledgeable, absolutely knew the products, and she was an angel to work with. It was also AWESOME to see so much product in the warehouse - it really helped to look at the similar slabs we were interested in which in turn enabled us to see the differences better.

She suggested getting an estimate anyway,we called the next day to see if it was still available and she’d already tagged it just in case!!! Super helpful! Super helpful! Great selection of items, extremely helpful employees. We went to a number of similar stores the same day, and Architectural Solutions was by far the best. For tile, we loved how there were so many different types of tile actually installed on the floor, and the fact that there was a map available identifying what each product was. For slabs, the sheer selection was much larger and more comprehensive than any other store we went to. And as mentioned, everyone who helped us was very friendly and effective. Thank you!

Well done! Upon arrival, it was clear that this facility was clean, organized and had high quality stone slabs. Carie helped us tour all the different stones, and selections available. She was very knowledgeable and patient helping us through the process. Would not hesitate to work with her again and Architectural Surfaces. Recommend it!

Large showroom with great displays The showroom was large and the displays did a great job of showing the stone and quartz used on counters and floors. What was most helpful was being able to look at the quartz in large formats in the warehouse. It helped us decide which quartz to select for our bathroom remodel. Also, the gentleman was very informative. We loved the "honed" quartz but were afraid of using it instead of the "polished" version. He alleviated any concerns we had.
