Wonderful Experience I have never sent out my jewelry for a repair before. Truly remarkable on line experience from the beginning to delivery. Jesse who sounds very cordial and sincere kept me informed even by a phone call. The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. They also have cleaned my S.S. with stones and deep it in gold bath. It came out as a brand new. Glad to have found by VIVE and Jesse

Thumbs up To be honest, I debated whether or not to give this company a 5 star review. I decided to give four stars because they did suggest a change once they received my ring in person. HOWEVER, they called me right away and explained why they recommended a different repair. Apparently after looking at the ring, the goldsmith said that while he could do a simple solder and fix the bottom of my band, he really recommended that the bottom half of the ring (shank) be replaced.
