Wonderful Experience I have never sent out my jewelry for a repair before. Truly remarkable on line experience from the beginning to delivery. Jesse who sounds very cordial and sincere kept me informed even by a phone call. The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. Exceptional Customer Service & Design I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. While it is not the most expensive… While it is not the most expensive thing I own, my engagement ring is by far one of the most sentimental things I have. Having moved all over, I did not know where to get my ring fixed locally. I could tell that one of the stones was becoming loose and wanted to get it taken care of quickly.
