From start to finish, the work being done on an expensive pair of earrings was carefully explained. The individual I worked with, Jesse was in close contact with me throughout the process. Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item. Wonderful Experience I have never sent out my jewelry for a repair before. Truly remarkable on line experience from the beginning to delivery. The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. Exceptional Customer Service & Design I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional.
