Exceptional Customer Service & Design I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I will definitely be working with this company in the future when I have another project for them. I recommend them for anyone who needs to repair jewelry, or even recreate an old piece. Wonderful Experience I have never sent out my jewelry for a repair before. Truly remarkable on line experience from the beginning to delivery. Jesse who sounds very cordial and sincere kept me informed even by a phone call. The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. They also have cleaned my S.S. with stones and deep it in gold bath. It came out as a brand new. Glad to have found by VIVE and Jesse
