Very bad customer service. Very bad customer service. Ordered and 6 days later it's still not dispatched. I gave up and ordered elsewhere. But they refuse to cancel and still saying "order will be passed to shipping" Just ignore all the content of my emails. Just keep repeating the same stuff. I complained about the time to ship and lack of comms and to cancel my order. The response: "thanks for your message, its going to be passed to our shipping soon". No apology. No recognition of my request to cancel. And now had about another 2 emails still saying "Passed to shipping soon" even though each time i tell them to cancel Raise a charged back with paypal. Had enough. Don't rely on them delivering in any kind of decent timescale. And don't rely on their support even replying a) in a timely manner or b) even reading your emails. They've had plenty of time to sort this, but they don't care.

we got there in the end disapointed. ordered by the mercedes trim number 265 which i thought was mushroom turned out to be the wrong colour. had to go to mercedes to get the code deciphered, easy when you know how. they did replace the colour but was disapointed by the whole experience and lack of knowledge which was why i used them in the first place Also pretty expensive but worked well in the end

Would highly recommend Would highly recommend. Used on Range Rover leather seats with minimal to moderate wear. Night and day difference. Color was a perfect match. Would recommend purchasing the filler if cracks are a little more substantial than minimal. Will use again!

Don't waste your money Don't waste your money, washing up liquid would be more effective. Purchased this item with the brush to remove pale pink dye transfer on my new sofa, it's not made any difference at all.
