Great Color Match & Durability I was referred by brother in law, a Porsche owner who is very particular. Ordered your leather dye/ restorer for my wife’s Lexus seats that had some pretty bad wear spots. Excellent color match & appears durable so far. Great product!

Very highly recommend Most importantly the dye was a perfect match for my Jaguar and did exactly the job described. Stain removed and upholstery looks perfect. Secondly the company were extremely helpful in advising what I needed to do and responded quickly to a series of questions. I could not be more impressed. Very bad customer service. Very bad customer service. Ordered and 6 days later it's still not dispatched. I gave up and ordered elsewhere. But they refuse to cancel and still saying "order will be passed to shipping" Just ignore all the content of my emails. Just keep repeating the same stuff. I complained about the time to ship and lack of comms and to cancel my order. The response: "thanks for your message, its going to be passed to our shipping soon". No apology. No recognition of my request to cancel. And now had about another 2 emails still saying "Passed to shipping soon" even though each time i tell them to cancel Raise a charged back with paypal. Had enough. Don't rely on them delivering in any kind of decent timescale. And don't rely on their support even replying a) in a timely manner or b) even reading your emails. They've had plenty of time to sort this, but they don't care.

Extensive research pays off Wanted to clean and restore the leather in my Porsche 911 993. Did an awful lot of research before buying these products, and they have proved to be excellent achieving a very professional finish. Great support as you can actually TALK to someone if you have questions - brilliant. Highly recommend in all respects.
