She was amazing, knew the product, explained everything in detail and worked with us to make an intelligent decision on protecting our home. HomeCraft - Don't use this company HomeCraft was eager to install gutters however, I've had problems since their installation and it has been next to impossible to get someone to come out and take a look. The gutters no longer drain to the down spout (this wasn't a problem prior to installation). Navigating assistance through their warranty department and promises from upper level employees was time consuming, frustrating and resulted in a series of dead ends. I WOULD NOT recommend Home Craft to anyone.

Josh Mauldin was very thorough and Robert, the installer did a great job! Josh Mauldin did a good job presenting his information. When we were shopping for other products, we could only see how their products actually worked. So, we really liked seeing the samples of other competitor's products that Home Craft replaced after they malfunctioned. The Home Craft design just makes sense. Price was very reasonable. Robert Zagers the installer from Hixson was on time, polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards! Highly recommend!

Nice presentation but poor customer… Nice presentation but poor customer service. Guards were installed under the shingle making them curl up and voiding my roof warranty. Installed at such an angle that rain water runs over and look terrible from the street. Heavy winds blow one guard partially out. Question whether gutters were ever cleaned before install. Had to clean because they were not draining properly.
