The reason they have such good reviews… The reason they have such good reviews is because they offer you a discount to leave one immediately...even before installation. They use high-pressure sales tactics and will refuse to leave your home until a contract is signed. DO NOT SCHEDULE A FREE QUOTE. They also start with a ridiculous price and then arbitrarily bring it down from there if you don't sign the contract right away. They are just trying to see how much they can scam you out of. Who knows how much the service is actually worth, but certainly not the price they tried to make us pay.

GreatI was very impressed with the whole… I was very impressed with the whole Homecraft experience from Caesar who made the initial contact and presentation, to the crew who completed the installation in only 6 hours. The gutters on my house were rusted through from age and the constant leaves filling them . Some were an impossible place to reach without a huge ladder and very unsafe unless you were part primate! The crew arrived at 8:30 and immediately started work. They tore out the old gutter system then installed my beautiful new gutters, making repairs to facia and soffits where needed. They then completely cleaned up all the debris. The new system worked beautifully after the 4" rain we had 2 days later! Thank you for a job well done!

We are excited about our new guttering system. Johnathon H. came by and inspected my home for a new guttering system in our new home we just moved into the 24th of July 2022. After inspecting he came in and sat with me and my wife and explained our situation very well. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect and gave us a well grounded plan concerning our needs. They will be doing this job this Tuesday the 8th of August 2022 only 3 days after his inspection.

Worth the Listen!!! This evening I was very happy with the consultation that we received from Mr. Eric Du Pont in the Raleigh Durham area. He was patient kind and answered every question we had. We are still deciding if we want to move forward, but we at least wanted to point out to customers in the Raleigh - Durham area that HomeCraft and Mr. Du Pont were extremely professional and highly recommend them if you are in market. We started out just wanting our gutters cleaned but now we are truly considering moving forward with these gutter guards. One because of Mr. Du Pont but two because of the product and price itself.

Nice presentation but poor customer… Nice presentation but poor customer service. Guards were installed under the shingle making them curl up and voiding my roof warranty. Installed at such an angle that rain water runs over and look terrible from the street. Heavy winds blow one guard partially out. Question whether gutters were ever cleaned before install. Had to clean because they were not draining properly.
