Made multiple house calls and been very patient explaining the product and working to get everything set for the install with us. HomeCraft - Don't use this company HomeCraft was eager to install gutters however, I've had problems since their installation and it has been next to impossible to get someone to come out and take a look. The gutters no longer drain to the down spout (this wasn't a problem prior to installation). Navigating assistance through their warranty department and promises from upper level employees was time consuming, frustrating and resulted in a series of dead ends. I WOULD NOT recommend Home Craft to anyone.
