Made multiple house calls and been very patient explaining the product and working to get everything set for the install with us. The installation team arrived on time… The installation team arrived on time and started to work immediately, getting 1/2 the job completed that afternoon and finished up the next morning. Clean up was acceptable and the job looks great! Has rained 3 times since then and gutters are working as described! The sales rep was very friendly and answered all questions on the spot. I can recommend this service to anyone looking to new or replacement gutters and guards.

I don’t do reviews, HomeCraft changed that today! I don’t usually write reviews, but today I had an experience that I want others to know about. I live in Rockwood TN and the significant rain storms we have been experiencing have revealed that I have gutter issues. My basement has been flooding due to failing gutters. I reached out to HomeCraft Gutter earlier today and at 5pm Mr. Mike Huskey came to my home. I was very impressed with Mike as he helped me determine a solution that will resolve my leaking basement and didn’t try to oversell. I already have an install date scheduled this week to get the work done. Pretty impressive so thank you Mike and thank you HomeCraft Gutter Protection.

Had a great time doing business with Josh today … Josh came by this afternoon to evaluate our needs. We knew we had issues with leaves clogging out gutters as well as one section of guttering that has become dislodged from our home. He did his measurements and provided education regarding our specific issues and most cost effective solutions. He was thorough and an absolute pleasure during his presentation. His knowledge of products and benefits was impressive and since I really liked the product, warranty, and the price, I said yes. I’m somewhat physically handicapped so cleaning a gutter on a two story house just isn’t safe for me to consider anymore. Having these gutter guards installed will circumvent a lot of problems. The product and services are worth your time.

Josh Mauldin was very thorough and Robert, the installer did a great job! Josh Mauldin did a good job presenting his information. When we were shopping for other products, we could only see how their products actually worked. So, we really liked seeing the samples of other competitor's products that Home Craft replaced after they malfunctioned. The Home Craft design just makes sense. Price was very reasonable. Robert Zagers the installer from Hixson was on time, polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards! Highly recommend!
