GBPromised my friends I would do this. I wish I didn't have to have this but I promised my friends I would do this for their peace of mind. I found the equipment a bit unwieldy. Have only one place in my home where I have the proper connections available. It would be nice if they weren't so large. They are supposed to be where you can talk to the operator if you push the button but this is in a room that I don't use so hope that silence will get their attention. Was happy with the discount for paying a full year at once. And the folks I've dealt with on the phone have been very helpful.

GBNo problems Everything is fine. We've had no problems. The one time I did use it somebody was at the house in 10 minutes. We haven't had cause to use it yet here. We've had it for quite some time just at a different location. We just put it at this address fairly recently.
