GBI am satisfied with the service. So far, I have had no crisis or emergency situation. And quite frankly I have not tested the system or my use of the system as much or as often as I should have. But it has been there, working as I expected every time I have tested it.

We brought the unit for mom caused she's up in age now, we reserached many care alert systems, Her doctor reckmended medical care alert as one of the best, So we went with it. The set up was easy, the techs were very knowledgeable, and help full. Acouple of weeks after she got the unit, she accidentley bumped it while doing dishs. A tech notifed her within secounds, ask her if she was ok, and if she needed medical help. She was so suprised at this, Now she feels safe haveing this with her 24-7. Thanks Med Alert.
