They are a scam and they steal your money They are a scam. They sent my bill to collections without ever notifying me of any bill in the first place. My emails from them have no mention of a bill from the last couple of years. They even had someone call me from their company and I told the representative i do not use their service and then I found out later that she never closed my account after telling her that I did not use or want it, plus she never mentioned there was a bill that needed to be paid. So I get one from collections for something I haven't used once in many years. Do not use them!

He answered our questions thoroughly and to the degree necessary the gives the responses we needed. Our system was enhanced with an additional equipment. He ensured all critical sensors and zones were verified and working. No issues after more than 15 hrs with this company. I would call and request this particular technician again if needed.

Former customer 10 plus years Former customer 10 plus years, no longer have my system monitored and needed a wireless door sensor. Call them for a price and they said since I was no longer a customer they wouldn't sell it to me. So your solution to my problem is signing up for another 3 years? Think I'll pass.

Frank, the most knowledgeable installer for our home security system ever! Frank was the most knowledgeable Technical Service persons I have met dealing with Security Systems. He did an outstanding and professional job installing new equipment and was very detailed in his explanations. He insured and checked that ALL sensors were working before he left. He even noticed that the Smoke Detector was incorrectly installed by previous technicians. He answered all our questions and I am completely satisfied with the job he did for Alert 360.
