Arthur and the technicians were very good about explaining everything thoroughly, slowly and they were very kind and clean. GBVery Pleased 😊 We just had an alarm system installed and we can't say enough what an awesome job Kevin and Eddie with Alert 360 did. They stayed after hours, answered ALL of my husband many questions and we're very patient. They showed us some other projects that would work great in our place. We signed up with Fort Knox security (which weren't very good at communicating with Alert 360) and they made their mistakes right as well. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system with Cameras installed in their home.

GBGreat experience with the 360 Team Great experience with the 360 Team! Had a door sensor start to randomly malfunction. From the technical support over the phone to the technician that came to my house and replaced the sensor. Every member was polite, prompt and understanding. I have been with a few alarm companies but really felt well taken care of by Alert 360, great job!

GB360 installer fantastic! My installer, Pete King, was wonderful! He set our system up exactly the way we wanted it, was extremely patient with our questions and made absolute certain that we were well informed & comfortable before leaving. Although he was very efficient with his time, we never felt rushed....and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions! We're so excited that we finally have a security system that addressed all of our concerns and needs.
