I am a very happy customer with Alert… I am a very happy customer with Alert 360 Home Security. They are so very quick about calling when your alarm goes off. I have used several other companies in the past however never had the quality service that Alert 360 has shown. The representative that I use is Danny Holland. Danny really cares about his customers and their security needs. He is not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about how to set up your system to give the most coverage without all the usual scare tactics most companies use to get your business and sell you a lot of extra things you really may not need. I have already and will continue to recommend my family and friends.

Minor refinements were brought to our attention that really puts the 'frosting on the cake'. Telephone response and support is so fast, it could not be better. With my moderate experience, that is really saying something. Never again back to the other large companies.

360 installer fantastic! My installer, Pete King, was wonderful! He set our system up exactly the way we wanted it, was extremely patient with our questions and made absolute certain that we were well informed & comfortable before leaving. Although he was very efficient with his time, we never felt rushed....and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions! We're so excited that we finally have a security system that addressed all of our concerns and needs.

I have been using alert 360 I have been using alert 360 for over a year now. Stephen or Steven, not sure how it's spelled, has been my tech and came out to my home on several occasions due to me adding cameras, etc. Wonderful customer service and everything you'd expect from a company you are doing business with.
