Very Pleased 😊 We just had an alarm system installed and we can't say enough what an awesome job Kevin and Eddie with Alert 360 did. They stayed after hours, answered ALL of my husband many questions and we're very patient. They showed us some other projects that would work great in our place. We signed up with Fort Knox security (which weren't very good at communicating with Alert 360) and they made their mistakes right as well. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system with Cameras installed in their home.

I am a very happy customer with Alert… I am a very happy customer with Alert 360 Home Security. They are so very quick about calling when your alarm goes off. I have used several other companies in the past however never had the quality service that Alert 360 has shown. The representative that I use is Danny Holland. Danny really cares about his customers and their security needs. He is not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about how to set up your system to give the most coverage without all the usual scare tactics most companies use to get your business and sell you a lot of extra things you really may not need. I have already and will continue to recommend my family and friends.

They are a scam and they steal your money They are a scam. They sent my bill to collections without ever notifying me of any bill in the first place. My emails from them have no mention of a bill from the last couple of years. They even had someone call me from their company and I told the representative i do not use their service and then I found out later that she never closed my account after telling her that I did not use or want it, plus she never mentioned there was a bill that needed to be paid. So I get one from collections for something I haven't used once in many years. Do not use them!

Great follow up service Updated review: Alert360 called and sent 3 techs to my house to complete the install and fix all the issues we had. the system is working great! Always have issues during the installation. They do not double check to make sure the items are working properly....

Great experience, Great technicians !! Great experience, Joel was professional, personable and efficient. He answered our questions thoroughly and to the degree necessary the gives the responses we needed. Our system was enhanced with an additional equipment. He ensured all critical sensors and zones were verified and working. No issues after more than 15 hrs with this company. I would call and request this particular technician again if needed.
