Great follow up service Updated review: Alert360 called and sent 3 techs to my house to complete the install and fix all the issues we had. the system is working great! Always have issues during the installation. They do not double check to make sure the items are working properly....

Very Pleased 😊 We just had an alarm system installed and we can't say enough what an awesome job Kevin and Eddie with Alert 360 did. They stayed after hours, answered ALL of my husband many questions and we're very patient. They showed us some other projects that would work great in our place. We signed up with Fort Knox security (which weren't very good at communicating with Alert 360) and they made their mistakes right as well. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system with Cameras installed in their home.

Great Customer Service We have been very pleased with the customer service provided by your technician Minh. He replaced our electronic front door lock after we were getting false “low battery” email messages from Alert 360.

He worked the entire time, and found great solutions to some very challenging architectural issues with the house. Anthony was here for a portion of the evening, and also did an excellent job of solving some challenges! Both of these young men were beyond courteous and polite. Totally positive experience, and I absolutely recommend Alert 360.

Technician called an offered to come 1… Technician called and offered to come 1 hour earlier than timeframe expected. He showed up changed out 2 cameras, was very informative and helpful. He was here less than an hour and I was able to have a free afternoon. Excellent service!
