Frank, the most knowledgeable installer for our home security system ever! Frank was the most knowledgeable Technical Service persons I have met dealing with Security Systems. He did an outstanding and professional job installing new equipment and was very detailed in his explanations. He insured and checked that ALL sensors were working before he left. He even noticed that the Smoke Detector was incorrectly installed by previous technicians. He answered all our questions and I am completely satisfied with the job he did for Alert 360. Highly recommended!

Alert 360 is an AWESOME home security company!… Alert 360 is an AWESOME home security company. I switched to them after paying the extremely high prices of ADT. Technician Jerry visited my home to upgrade my alarm system to new 5G technology compatibility. He was thorough, polite, and professional. He respected my home, followed CDC guidelines for pandemic safety, and was very efficient. He used existing ports, cords, and wiring corridors to avoid drilling additional holes in my walls. Jerry was respectful to me as well. Since switching from ADT and Devron alarm services, I have not regretted choosing Alert 360. I also added a few more options to make my family feel a bit more secure and my bill still remains under $30/month. I'm proud to be an Alert 360 customer. You should give them a call too. They are local and reliable.

The entire process was handled in an extremely friendly, professional manner. The entire process was handled professionally, and with great courtesy as well as respect for property. Sandra did an outstanding job assessing my needs, and providing a plan for my services. Austin was at my home for 14 hours, without leaving for any kind of break. He worked the entire time, and found great solutions to some very challenging architectural issues with the house. Anthony was here for a portion of the evening, and also did an excellent job of solving some challenges! Both of these young men were beyond courteous and polite. Totally positive experience, and I absolutely recommend Alert 360.

Horrible company Horrible company, after my previous vendor "sold" me to this company I tried to cancel and got the run around ultimately being told that I have to send in an email request to cancel, on the 22nd and they would still charge me for the next month!!! wow
