Worth it Circa 1860s house with circa 1980/1990s windows. We ordered 14 inserts for entire home, and they made major impact on drafts and overall temperature control. Had fit issue due to one quirky window frame, and company sent replacement TWICE until it was right. Fantastic customer service, seriously. Got the standard inserts, not the noise-dampening ones, and while not the primary goal, have certainly noticed significant difference in outside sound reduction, as well. Not cheap, but waaaaaay cheaper than 14 new windows in an inflated market with some questionable workmanship right now, too.

Saved our house!! Saved our house!!! We just bought a historically significant home in Indianapolis that is unfortunately located on a very busy street, Meridian St. The front rooms of the house were uninhabitable because of the traffic noise so I took a gamble and ordered Indow windows for the front master bedroom… Indow windows have saved our home!!! We are able to sleep without any disturbance of traffic noise. My daughter says her ears ring from silence.

My husband and I purchased Indowwindows… My husband and I purchased Indowwindows two years ago and purchased additional windows this year. We live in Massachusetts and own an old 1700's house. From the beginning Reed and the staff assisted us with advice on measuring the windows to assure the fit properly. They all fit perfectly! The windows have helped so much in the cold winters and look beautiful, they're perfectly clear and very easy to insert and take out if needed. Best purchase!!! I purchased three inserts for our primary bedroom windows. We live in a downtown area and over the years more and more development has led to increased high rises and traffic noise. I can say these inserts have drastically decreased the noise around us. Loud mufflers and reving engine noise was decreased by 90 percent! Normal outside noice decrease more than that. That makes a world of difference. I actually can sleep through the night now. Super easy to measure, order, and install. Highly recommend!

They work! They actually do work surprisingly well! Don't expect 100% noise reduction, or you will be disappointed. But there has been a significant drop in the road noise in the rooms where I bought the windows, such that it does not bother me anymore and I tune it out. The installation and measuring process were a lot harder than advertised, recommend getting a handyman to help.
