First of all…thanks Indow!!! First of all, I am an architect and I needed Indow inserts for 3 old casement windows which had warped and are now stewed closed on an enclosed mahogany framed porch. Working with Indow was very organized and really quite straightforward. Pricing was reasonable and their checking and confirming my measurements was extremely helpful!!! Indow inserts arrived on a timely schedule, beautifully packaged, and safely delivered. The inserts fit perfectly and have markedly reduced the incoming sounds (from the above ground Subway)!!! All good!!! Hope to do additional fixed windows on this enclosed porch in the future!!! Thanks Indow!!!

did not perform as expected. My Indow windows inserts did not perform as expected. The constant road noise from traffic is still annoying, and there is not a tight seal, I can see space between the wall and window insert corners, also there is a condensation build up on the bottom. The wait for the took for the insert arrive was about three months, but I did received periotic emails on the order status, and Mr. Reed gave great customer service.

Best purchase!!! I purchased three inserts for our primary bedroom windows. We live in a downtown area and over the years more and more development has led to increased high rises and traffic noise. I can say these inserts have drastically decreased the noise around us. Loud mufflers and reving engine noise was decreased by 90 percent! Normal outside noice decrease more than that. That makes a world of difference. I actually can sleep through the night now. Super easy to measure, order, and install. Highly recommend!

I have a bank of three heat pumps right… I have a bank of three heat pumps right outside of my bedroom/office window which are noisy. It made sleeping and working in the room difficult. The Indow inserts, combined with padded drapes, make sleeping and working significantly easier. The step-by-step process was relatively simple, and the sales rep, Brian, was helpful. We put 13 of these inserts into our 100… We put 13 of these inserts in our 100 year old farm house last spring and after almost a year, we can say we are extremely pleased with the results. They were a great alternative to new windows which would have been cost prohibited. The drafts normally felt on cold windy days are gone. Our home is more comfortable and the amount of LP gas used for heating has been greatly reduced. Visitors don't even notice the inserts unless we point them out. For us, the inserts were worth the investment.
