Great Knowledgable Customer Service Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.

Great Upgrade Experience Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. Good service and good follow up I have had little or no interaction with Fortresss Security, other that through false alarms and this is the way I like it. When we have a false alarm, they always call to make sure. They call all numbers until they speak to someone, then alert the police.

Great features/great price Fortress has the same or better features as ADT, and better than my current company, a small local. While my local company is less expensive,it does not offer the 4G and were not very responsive to my issues. Friendly staff and knowledgeable installer make this an easy choice.
