Their first class customer service is immeasurable. Here is a company that shows dedication to the Customer whether you are at home or visiting abroad. That speaks volumes for me. I have established a special relationship with staff and they have not disappointed. They are pleasant and dependable with response time to queries that is quick. The times that I erroneously opened a door with disarming, along with rapid response, I liked their detail to accuracy by requesting rather than repeating your security info. I feel very comfortable and secure with this company.

NOT AT ALL HAPPY We have used fortress for over 9 years. We had Fortress come out to our house to upgrade our system about 2 years ago. The reason we requested the upgrade was because we were going from a land line to a wireless home phone. Once we upgraded the system our monthly service charge went up. However almost 2 years later--we are paying for service--but have not been monitored since the upgrade. The conversation with Fortress is that they have to come upgrade our system so that it will be compatible with Wireless phone service. We have tried on multiple occasions to cancel the service--but to no avail, we have not been able to do so and so they continue to auto debit our account. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL... the new customer service representative say- Yes I see the notes--we were supposed to escalate this to management. But time and time again--that is where it ends. Everything is great--as long as you don't have a problem--then-- there is NO ONE to resolve it.

Good service and good follow up I have had little or no interaction with Fortresss Security, other that through false alarms and this is the way I like it. When we have a false alarm, they always call to make sure. They call all numbers until they speak to someone, then alert the police.

Long time customer I’ve been a customer of Fortress Security 3xs - they installed my 1st home alarm @19 yrs ago when they first started, then in my 2nd house @10 yrs ago, and again today upgraded my system. They use the best state of the art equipment & their customer service and installers provide excellent customer service. I Highly recommend Fortress Security since it’s a great company that truly cares and listens to their customer’s needs.

Great Knowledgable Customer Service Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.
