He did frequent follow up calls to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and explained all of the terms to me and helped me the best he could as far as I know.The technician showed up to my home and installed my new security system did a good job his name was Jeff.

Money Hungry I no longer have my home but you still take money out my account because I signed a contract that I didn't know I signed when I first moved in my home.

When first approached by Fortress Security, back in 2004, I never imagined it would be so over-whelming and helpful to have this kind of tool to use to be protected from outsiders. It has been a wonderful almost ten years and I don't regret one day of it.

Deceivers I have had an ongoing battle with Fortress Security for almost 6 years now. Customer service is best described as in America - YES, but for the most part they may as well be offshore in India, or the Phillipines. Now they have "My Alarm Center" doing the work, even though I have a contract my rates are subject to constant nickel and diming the customer each time its termed " surely you will understand the necessity of this small additional fee" - BE WARNED ! When my contract is up for renewal - I am cancelling completely. Try ADT instead far more reliable And trustworthy
