Honest and responsive staff. 'Round the clock response. My family has been w/ Fortress Security for over 12 years. The installation for our home went flawless, technicians and staff are well trained and respectful. They recently upgraded our older system to an home automation system with touch-screens. I priced this with other comp who knocked on my door and even after so man y years their pricing was still most competitive.

Great features/great price Fortress has the same or better features as ADT, and better than my current company, a small local. While my local company is less expensive,it does not offer the 4G and were not very responsive to my issues. Friendly staff and knowledgeable installer make this an easy choice.

Excellent Product and Service Over the years, I have had several security companies for both my home and for business. Fortress Security has been the only company the does what they say they will do and is quick to respond if service is needed. And their prices are great with no surprise costs on their invoices. A few months back I contacted customer… A few months back I contacted customer service to have a sensor replaced and said that a replacement would be sent to me. It was never replaced that is a disappointment because I do like this system but if they don’t care to replace faulty sensor then I will not have to replace the system with a different brand. I have even had this 6 months before the sensor went bad.

The follow up was AWESOME The follow up was AWESOME. NOT your typical service provider these days! Installed system @ our business then complete walk through and review of what we just received. Loved the personal touch and concern of all involved. All involved w/ Install went above and beyond. Thanks Fortress!
