Honest and responsive staff. 'Round the clock response. My family has been w/ Fortress Security for over 12 years. The installation for our home went flawless, technicians and staff are well trained and respectful. They recently upgraded our older system to an home automation system with touch-screens. I priced this with other comp who knocked on my door and even after so man y years their pricing was still most competitive.

Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. Excellent Product and Service Over the years, I have had several security companies for both my home and for business. Fortress Security has been the only company the does what they say they will do and is quick to respond if service is needed. And their prices are great with no surprise costs on their invoices. Great features/great price Fortress has the same or better features as ADT, and better than my current company, a small local. While my local company is less expensive,it does not offer the 4G and were not very responsive to my issues. Friendly staff and knowledgeable installer make this an easy choice.

Money Hungry I no longer have my home but you still take money out my account because I signed a contract that I didn't know I signed when I first moved in my home.
