GBNOT AT ALL HAPPY We have used fortress for over 9 years. We had Fortress come out to our house to upgrade our system about 2 years ago. The reason we requested the upgrade was because we were going from a land line to a wireless home phone. Once we upgraded the system our monthly service charge went up. However almost 2 years later--we are paying for service--but have not been monitored since the upgrade. The conversation with Fortress is that they have to come upgrade our system so that it will be compatible with Wireless phone service. We have tried on multiple occasions to cancel the service--but to no avail, we have not been able to do so and so they continue to auto debit our account. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL... the new customer service representative say- Yes I see the notes--we were supposed to escalate this to management. But time and time again--that is where it ends. Everything is great--as long as you don't have a problem--then-- there is NO ONE to resolve it.

GBGreat features/great price Fortress has the same or better features as ADT, and better than my current company, a small local. While my local company is less expensive,it does not offer the 4G and were not very responsive to my issues. Friendly staff and knowledgeable installer make this an easy choice.

GBUnder promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. Our technician was so professional and the ladies managing my account know what they are doing and how to make a customer happy!!! Thank you Fortress for taking care of my family!!!

GBDeceivers I have had an ongoing battle with Fortress Security for almost 6 years now. Customer service is best described as in America - YES, but for the most part they may as well be offshore in India, or the Phillipines. Now they have "My Alarm Center" doing the work, even though I have a contract my rates are subject to constant nickel and diming the customer each time its termed " surely you will understand the necessity of this small additional fee" - BE WARNED ! When my contract is up for renewal - I am cancelling completely. Try ADT instead far more reliable And trustworthy

GBFinally feeling safe as a bug in a rug!!!! Robert was salesman and he did everything that he could to help me get my new security system. He did frequent follow up calls to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and explained all of the terms to me and helped me the best he could as far as I know.The technician showed up to my home and installed my new security system did a good job his name was Jeff.
