GBGreat Knowledgable Customer Service Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.

GBGreat Upgrade Experience Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

GBNOT AT ALL HAPPY We have used fortress for over 9 years. We had Fortress come out to our house to upgrade our system about 2 years ago. The reason we requested the upgrade was because we were going from a land line to a wireless home phone. Once we upgraded the system our monthly service charge went up. However almost 2 years later--we are paying for service--but have not been monitored since the upgrade. The conversation with Fortress is that they have to come upgrade our system so that it will be compatible with Wireless phone service. We have tried on multiple occasions to cancel the service--but to no avail, we have not been able to do so and so they continue to auto debit our account. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL... the new customer service representative say- Yes I see the notes--we were supposed to escalate this to management. But time and time again--that is where it ends. Everything is great--as long as you don't have a problem--then-- there is NO ONE to resolve it.

GBA few months back I contacted customer… A few months back I contacted customer service to have a sensor replaced and said that a replacement would be sent to me. It was never replaced that is a disappointment because I do like this system but if they don’t care to replace faulty sensor then I will not have to replace the system with a different brand. I have even had this 6 months before the sensor went bad.
