Great Upgrade Experience Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

Fortress security. Best value gate contractor of several we've tried. Fortress have been the preferred gate contractor for Capulet square.. simply because we compared price and service with eagle automation, pearly gates, anchor gates and aac( way more expensive ) and found fortress to be the best value and have the most diligent staff. In 2018 they did the safety compliance ( new DFS rules ) upgrades on all four gates ..with four new safety edges . Three hinge guards and a closer and a ram repair for three and a half k and since then the gates have been exceptionally reliable. Other companies will use health and safety fears as an excuse to price gouge but fortress never have. They came in way less expensive than six others invited to quote in 2015 for a new pedestrian gate install and did fine work.

The follow up was AWESOME The follow up was AWESOME. NOT your typical service provider these days! Installed system @ our business then complete walk through and review of what we just received. Deceivers I have had an ongoing battle with Fortress Security for almost 6 years now. Customer service is best described as in America - YES, but for the most part they may as well be offshore in India, or the Phillipines. Now they have "My Alarm Center" doing the work, even though I have a contract my rates are subject to constant nickel and diming the customer each time its termed " surely you will understand the necessity of this small additional fee" - BE WARNED ! When my contract is up for renewal - I am cancelling completely. Try ADT instead far more reliable And trustworthy
