Good service and good follow up I have had little or no interaction with Fortresss Security, other that through false alarms and this is the way I like it. When we have a false alarm, they always call to make sure. They call all numbers until they speak to someone, then alert the police.

Honest and responsive staff. 'Round the clock response. My family has been w/ Fortress Security for over 12 years. The installation for our home went flawless, technicians and staff are well trained and respectful. They recently upgraded our older system to an home automation system with touch-screens. I priced this with other comp who knocked on my door and even after so man y years their pricing was still most competitive.

The follow up was AWESOME The follow up was AWESOME. NOT your typical service provider these days! Installed system @ our business then complete walk through and review of what we just received. Great Upgrade Experience Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

Great Knowledgable Customer Service Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.
