Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. Great Upgrade Experience Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

Money Hungry I no longer have my home but you still take money out my account because I signed a contract that I didn't know I signed when I first moved in my home.

Deceivers I have had an ongoing battle with Fortress Security for almost 6 years now. Customer service is best described as in America - YES, but for the most part they may as well be offshore in India, or the Phillipines. Now they have "My Alarm Center" doing the work, even though I have a contract my rates are subject to constant nickel and diming the customer each time its termed " surely you will understand the necessity of this small additional fee" - BE WARNED ! When my contract is up for renewal - I am cancelling completely. Try ADT instead far more reliable And trustworthy
