GBGood service and good follow up I have had little or no interaction with Fortresss Security, other that through false alarms and this is the way I like it. When we have a false alarm, they always call to make sure. They call all numbers until they speak to someone, then alert the police.

GBThis is the absolute worst company to use This is the absolute worst company to use!! We unfortunately had to use this company for our "smart home" features when we built. They came out, set it up and left didnt show us how to do anything, we hooked up att shortly after, the ethernet cable had to plug in the back of the wifi thing from att and now nothing works!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called multiple times, spoken to multiple people i even called our builder, NOBODY will help us because it VOIDED warranty once somone else touched the wires. So if you have kids and they unplug it, your screwed. They wont even provide support over the phone they want labor of $95 an hour!!!!!! This company is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBLong time customer I’ve been a customer of Fortress Security 3xs - they installed my 1st home alarm @19 yrs ago when they first started, then in my 2nd house @10 yrs ago, and again today upgraded my system. They use the best state of the art equipment & their customer service and installers provide excellent customer service. I Highly recommend Fortress Security since it’s a great company that truly cares and listens to their customer’s needs.

GBNOT AT ALL HAPPY We have used fortress for over 9 years. We had Fortress come out to our house to upgrade our system about 2 years ago. The reason we requested the upgrade was because we were going from a land line to a wireless home phone. Once we upgraded the system our monthly service charge went up. However almost 2 years later--we are paying for service--but have not been monitored since the upgrade. The conversation with Fortress is that they have to come upgrade our system so that it will be compatible with Wireless phone service. We have tried on multiple occasions to cancel the service--but to no avail, we have not been able to do so and so they continue to auto debit our account. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL... the new customer service representative say- Yes I see the notes--we were supposed to escalate this to management. But time and time again--that is where it ends. Everything is great--as long as you don't have a problem--then-- there is NO ONE to resolve it.

JPFortress security. Best value gate contractor of several we've tried. Fortress have been the preferred gate contractor for Capulet square.. simply because we compared price and service with eagle automation, pearly gates, anchor gates and aac( way more expensive ) and found fortress to be the best value and have the most diligent staff. In 2018 they did the safety compliance ( new DFS rules ) upgrades on all four gates ..with four new safety edges . Three hinge guards and a closer and a ram repair for three and a half k and since then the gates have been exceptionally reliable. Other companies will use health and safety fears as an excuse to price gouge but fortress never have. They came in way less expensive than six others invited to quote in 2015 for a new pedestrian gate install and did fine work.
