I have established a special relationship with staff and they have not disappointed. They are pleasant and dependable with response time to queries that is quick. The times that I erroneously opened a door with disarming, along with rapid response, I liked their detail to accuracy by requesting rather than repeating your security info. I feel very comfortable and secure with this company.

The installation for our home went flawless, technicians and staff are well trained and respectful. They recently upgraded our older system to an home automation system with touch-screens. I priced this with other comp who knocked on my door and even after so man y years their pricing was still most competitive.

Money Hungry I no longer have my home but you still take money out my account because I signed a contract that I didn't know I signed when I first moved in my home.

Fortress security. Best value gate contractor of several we've tried. Fortress have been the preferred gate contractor for Capulet square.. simply because we compared price and service with eagle automation, pearly gates, anchor gates and aac( way more expensive ) and found fortress to be the best value and have the most diligent staff. In 2018 they did the safety compliance ( new DFS rules ) upgrades on all four gates ..with four new safety edges . Three hinge guards and a closer and a ram repair for three and a half k and since then the gates have been exceptionally reliable. Other companies will use health and safety fears as an excuse to price gouge but fortress never have. They came in way less expensive than six others invited to quote in 2015 for a new pedestrian gate install and did fine work.
