Great Knowledgable Customer Service Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.

Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. A few months back I contacted customer… A few months back I contacted customer service to have a sensor replaced and said that a replacement would be sent to me. It was never replaced that is a disappointment because I do like this system but if they don’t care to replace faulty sensor then I will not have to replace the system with a different brand. I have even had this 6 months before the sensor went bad.

Honest and responsive staff. 'Round the clock response. My family has been w/ Fortress Security for over 12 years. The installation for our home went flawless, technicians and staff are well trained and respectful. They recently upgraded our older system to an home automation system with touch-screens. I priced this with other comp who knocked on my door and even after so man y years their pricing was still most competitive.
