Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. Our technician was so professional and the ladies managing my account know what they are doing and how to make a customer happy!!! Thank you Fortress for taking care of my family!!!

A few months back I contacted customer… A few months back I contacted customer service to have a sensor replaced and said that a replacement would be sent to me. It was never replaced that is a disappointment because I do like this system but if they don’t care to replace faulty sensor then I will not have to replace the system with a different brand. I have even had this 6 months before the sensor went bad.

Money Hungry I no longer have my home but you still take money out my account because I signed a contract that I didn't know I signed when I first moved in my home.
