A few months back I contacted customer… A few months back I contacted customer service to have a sensor replaced and said that a replacement would be sent to me. It was never replaced that is a disappointment because I do like this system but if they don’t care to replace faulty sensor then I will not have to replace the system with a different brand. I have even had this 6 months before the sensor went bad.

The follow up was AWESOME The follow up was AWESOME. NOT your typical service provider these days! Installed system @ our business then complete walk through and review of what we just received. Loved the personal touch and concern of all involved. All involved w/ Install went above and beyond. Thanks Fortress!

Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. Great Upgrade Experience Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

Fortress is your name, and protection is your game! When first approached by Fortress Security, back in 2004, I never imagined it would be so over-whelming and helpful to have this kind of tool to use to be protected from outsiders. It has been a wonderful almost ten years and I don't regret one day of it.
