I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. GBFinally feeling safe as a bug in a rug!!!! Robert was salesman and he did everything that he could to help me get my new security system. He did frequent follow up calls to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and explained all of the terms to me and helped me the best he could as far as I know.The technician showed up to my home and installed my new security system did a good job his name was Jeff.

GBTheir first class customer service is immeasurable. Here is a company that shows dedication to the Customer whether you are at home or visiting abroad. That speaks volumes for me. I have established a special relationship with staff and they have not disappointed. They are pleasant and dependable with response time to queries that is quick. The times that I erroneously opened a door with disarming, along with rapid response, I liked their detail to accuracy by requesting rather than repeating your security info. I feel very comfortable and secure with this company.

When first approached by Fortress Security, back in 2004, I never imagined it would be so over-whelming and helpful to have this kind of tool to use to be protected from outsiders. GBMy openion changed from bad to good only after Robert Trahan called to do a customer satisfaction call. We bought our house with fortress security wired and we never had it monitored but I loved that I could secure my home myself and when the system went down we called for repair . We payed the $200 for the technician to come out get our system back up and running. He only reset a code he didn't go anywhere else in the house . After a short while it wouldn't arm again and I called twice but felt like they didn't want to mess with my call because I wasn't a monitored customer . Robert Trahan months later called to ask about my satisfaction with my alarm system and after telling him how unsatisfied we were.. he took the time to listen and talk to me , explain things to me, try to get me to understand the system and helped me to become more knowledgeable and only with that we happily signed up for service
