Excellent Product and Service Over the years, I have had several security companies for both my home and for business. Fortress Security has been the only company the does what they say they will do and is quick to respond if service is needed. And their prices are great with no surprise costs on their invoices. I highly recommend Fortress Security for both home and business.

Deceivers I have had an ongoing battle with Fortress Security for almost 6 years now. Customer service is best described as in America - YES, but for the most part they may as well be offshore in India, or the Phillipines. Now they have "My Alarm Center" doing the work, even though I have a contract my rates are subject to constant nickel and diming the customer each time its termed " surely you will understand the necessity of this small additional fee" - BE WARNED ! When my contract is up for renewal - I am cancelling completely. Try ADT instead far more reliable And trustworthy

The follow up was AWESOME The follow up was AWESOME. NOT your typical service provider these days! Installed system @ our business then complete walk through and review of what we just received. A few months back I contacted customer… A few months back I contacted customer service to have a sensor replaced and said that a replacement would be sent to me. It was never replaced that is a disappointment because I do like this system but if they don’t care to replace faulty sensor then I will not have to replace the system with a different brand. I have even had this 6 months before the sensor went bad.

Their first class customer service is immeasurable. Here is a company that shows dedication to the Customer whether you are at home or visiting abroad. That speaks volumes for me. I have established a special relationship with staff and they have not disappointed. They are pleasant and dependable with response time to queries that is quick. The times that I erroneously opened a door with disarming, along with rapid response, I liked their detail to accuracy by requesting rather than repeating your security info. I feel very comfortable and secure with this company.
