Honest and responsive staff. 'Round the clock response. My family has been w/ Fortress Security for over 12 years. The installation for our home went flawless, technicians and staff are well trained and respectful. They recently upgraded our older system to an home automation system with touch-screens. I priced this with other comp who knocked on my door and even after so man y years their pricing was still most competitive.

Under promised and over delivered!!! I will never use anyone else!!! I used to work for a builder and Fortress was our security "trade" of choice!!! I see why now. I have dealt with them on a personal level multiple times and they take care of me!! My security is their first priority. Fortress is your name, and protection is your game! When first approached by Fortress Security, back in 2004, I never imagined it would be so over-whelming and helpful to have this kind of tool to use to be protected from outsiders. It has been a wonderful almost ten years and I don't regret one day of it.

Great Knowledgable Customer Service Customer Service Rep Robert did a great job explaining the differences between their equipment and the competitors. They worked with me on the budget, that I had, to drive down the cost but still have great home security. So far I am very happy and pleased with all Fortress representatives. The technician Greg, was super prompt, they worked around my busy work schedule and were able to install all necessary equipment timely.

Deceivers I have had an ongoing battle with Fortress Security for almost 6 years now. Customer service is best described as in America - YES, but for the most part they may as well be offshore in India, or the Phillipines. Now they have "My Alarm Center" doing the work, even though I have a contract my rates are subject to constant nickel and diming the customer each time its termed " surely you will understand the necessity of this small additional fee" - BE WARNED ! When my contract is up for renewal - I am cancelling completely. Try ADT instead far more reliable And trustworthy
