Exceptional! Quick, Polite, and efficient! I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Zed provided exceptional customer service. He was polite, easy to understand and quick to resolve my problem with a stolen device. He even patiently listened to me ramble on about my theory. Within a few minutes he deactivated the stolen device and processed a replacement device to be activated and shipped to me at no cost thanks to the insurance. I Look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future!

Amazing DISAPPOINTMENT Amazing. A year after my first review that they convinced me to remove, here we go again. Get an invoice from them saying urgent must pay. Login to their website, nothing to pay. Back and forth with their company and responses like this: Thank you for your email and I hope you are well. We sincerely apologize, we're working on adding the option for the customer to see the subscription on the website. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reply to this email or call us at 800-654-7966. No solution, no remedy, nothing. They don't have the tech ability to add billing to their website??? And we are to trust them with security? Their customer service seems likes its answered by ALL bots because they don't take it serious, they never put a name on an response and they never fix a problem. Checking out the competition.

Failed to cancel, billed me anyway.... Called two months ago to cancel because I no longer required the service. I was offered two free months and I thought W T F I'll have a little fun. I realized two days ago I better check and make sure I'm not going to be a reoccurring bill so I called and all reps were busy and I waited 45 minutes before choosing the option to remain in line but have them call me back, which they didn't. I had already opened a chat with no response for 45 minutes, then at the last minute of closing, sorry we can't cancel on a chat, text, email etc you'll have to call, Yep the same darn number that hadn't called me back yet... Oh, guess what happened today on my digital bank statement? Yep, billed again... They are shady and dishonest...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE PRICES… DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE PRICES THEY QUOTE ONLINE!!! I purchased an item from Brickhouse online. I received an e-mail asking for payment confirmation and replied immediately and followed up with a phone call. Customer service advised my payment was received and all was well including the next day shipping charge. After waiting to receive the product the following day, I called to follow up and was advised the product was being drop shipped from the supplier and it would arrive the next day by 8:00 PM. Shortly after that call, I received a call from Customer Service advising me of a "price spike" and that the products I ordered would cost me 50% more than what I had paid. I told them this was unacceptable and asked them to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me the same and said they would not honor the price quoted online. I contacted the CEO/Founder Todd Morris directly to ask for his assistance. His response was: "This is a part that we very rarely sell and with the supply chain issues it is possible the price went up recently and we were not notified until we put in the order for you. I will ask my team to remove this part from our site and talk to the distributor because that is not how we want to do business. " HOW DOES THEIR INABILITY TO KEEP THEIR WEBSITE UPDATED BECOME MY PROBLEM? They offered a price for a product and I accepted that offer. Sounds like a contract to me. They have not only breached the contract but also ruined their credibility to do business as a "trusted" company.
