GBWhat a terrific company Cannon is What a terrific company Cannon is! I bought my safe at a discounted rate from Tractor Supply because it was missing one of the locking bar spindles. When I contacted Cannon about ordering a replacement part, which I thought I would need to pay for, they shipped me a replacement at NO COST. Thank you Cannon and your rep Oliver Canche! I'm a very satisfied customer and guarantee you the next safe I buy will be a Cannon!

GBI purchased a Cannon safe a few years… I purchased a Cannon safe a few years ago. I use it for important storage. Here recently I had a issue with it and reached out to Cannon. A rep by the name of Oliver reached out to me on my issues. The issues were quickly resolved by Oliver. I would recommend them again. I firmly believe in customer service and Oliver delivered it 100%. /

GBWent to Cannon.com to look for shelf… Went to Cannon.com to look for shelf clips, couldn't find any on the site so against my better judgement I decided to start a chat...all good from here. Toni was on the other end and she was fantastic, I was expecting to have to pay if I could get them at all, was also expecting BOT on chat, she was very helpful, explained the warranty coverage, opened a case and sent it to someone who will be in touch and apparently send me clips. This was the best customer support I have had in many years. Toni--since I can't buy you a beer I will have a second one on your behalf this evening. Cheers all and thanks again.

GBI'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every… I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every site I can so I can get Cannon to stand behind their warranty and fix my electronics lock that has been broke for 2 months, the electronic lock won't lock and their customer service keeps telling me the parts are on the way. Terrible customer service

Thank you very much for such easy going experience. You should get a raise $$$$🙂
