GBCustomer Service was great! I purchased a 49 gun Cannon Safe from an independent dealer. I found that when I unboxed my safe it was damaged and missing parts, even the paperwork. I contacted the Customer Service and Toni R. was fantastic. Toni helped me locate important information and shared with me some important documentation. GBI called cannon safe customer service… I called cannon safe customer service over a month ago because the lock won't work and I can't get into my safe. They keep saying to try something else I have tried everything they recommend. Then they say they will send locksmith and turn around and tell me to try the same thing over and over. Cannon does not stand behind their product.
