USI got a cannon safe and it was missing… I got a cannon safe and it was missing 2 of 3 spokes to open the door, missing shelf clips to hold up shelves , and my keypad didn’t work. Seems to be a common problem with bad customer service. The lady I spoke with was very unhappy to be at work it seemed like and got irritated after I listed all my problems

USThe last review sounds just like mine The last review sounds just like mine, every time I get to the well send a locksmith. They want me to send a new video just like the one I've sent befor, and start the process all over again. Its been a year this month, Cannon is not a stand up company.

USI called cannon safe customer service… I called cannon safe customer service over a month ago because the lock won't work and I can't get into my safe. They keep saying to try something else I have tried everything they recommend. Then they say they will send locksmith and turn around and tell me to try the same thing over and over. Cannon does not stand behind their product.

USMy 10 year old safe needed a keypad… My 10 year old safe needed a keypad replacement. Never did i anticipate Cannon sending me one free of charge. Thats a stand up company!

USCustomer Service was great! I purchased a 49 gun Cannon Safe from an independent dealer. I found that when I unboxed my safe it was damaged and missing parts, even the paperwork. I contacted the Customer Service and Toni R. was fantastic. Toni helped me locate important information and shared with me some important documentation. I found this customer service to be helpful and kind! Thank you!
