I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every… I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every site I can so I can get Cannon to stand behind their warranty and fix my electronics lock that has been broke for 2 months, the electronic lock won't lock and their customer service keeps telling me the parts are on the way. Terrible customer service

I purchased a Cannon safe a few years… I purchased a Cannon safe a few years ago. I use it for important storage. Here recently I had a issue with it and reached out to Cannon. A rep by the name of Oliver reached out to me on my issues. The issues were quickly resolved by Oliver. I would recommend them again. When I contacted Cannon about ordering a replacement part, which I thought I would need to pay for, they shipped me a replacement at NO COST. Thank you Cannon and your rep Oliver Canche! I'm a very satisfied customer and guarantee you the next safe I buy will be a Cannon!

Cannon reps Jose and Romeo were great! Cannon reps Jose and Romeo were extremely helpful and courteous! I had a problem opening my safe after being away for several months and the battery had died. We were able to solve the problem (operator error). Cannon and its reps really stand behind their products and provide great customer support. Thanks again!
