GBMy 10 year old safe needed a keypad… My 10 year old safe needed a keypad replacement. Never did i anticipate Cannon sending me one free of charge. Thats a stand up company!

GBI called cannon safe customer service… I called cannon safe customer service over a month ago because the lock won't work and I can't get into my safe. They keep saying to try something else I have tried everything they recommend. Then they say they will send locksmith and turn around and tell me to try the same thing over and over. Cannon does not stand behind their product.

GBCANNON SAFE JUNK WARRANTY Went to order a spare key for my Cannon Safe and was told they no longer have keys. They wanted to sell me a whole new locking system and I would have to have a locksmith install it. My safe works find and only need a spare key. When I bought my safe, it had a LIFETIME WARRANTY, I guess it really doesn't. BEWARE OF CANNON SAFES WARRANTY, (it's not worth the paper it's written on).
