Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Stayed the course to make sure all was well Brandon arrived on time dressed properly for the job. He introduced himself and had company ID visible. We did a brief walk-thru, agreed on the placements and he then went to work programming and installing the system. All went well including his clean up.
