Excellent service! My old alarm system, didn't meet our needs for security. This new system is much more convenient as far as setting and disarming. We love the phone and I pad Apps. We have our grown children on app system also for our travel needs. The wireless system is nicer than lots of wires everywhere and unsightly equipment. Spend less, Get more We have used the big names like ADT. We were unsure about using a company for security that was not a National name brand. Well, at the end of the day all we were really paying for was the sophisticated advertisement, there is absolutely nothing superior about their sales or their service. I rate EMS as Par excellent!!! Brandon gave us professional service, very knowledgable technician. No convoluted contract. In this case, smaller is better. We LOVE the price!

User friendly alarm system Brandon was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He took time to explain how all components of the system worked with my husband. We have the alarm, the central heating and air control and garage opener on this system. Thus far, they have been user friendly and above all, have made our family feel safer while at home and away.
