Very Timely, Friendly, and Cooperative Brandon arrived ahead of the scheduled time, which worked out perfectly since the person I spoke with on the phone knew our store closed at 5. Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT. I have no issues referring Brandon and EMS Security to anyone!
