Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

Stayed the course to make sure all was well Brandon arrived on time dressed properly for the job. He introduced himself and had company ID visible. We did a brief walk-thru, agreed on the placements and he then went to work programming and installing the system. All went well including his clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend Brandon and this company to my friends.

Great company ! Brandon is one of the nicest , most professional , helpful person we have met in this industry . Great service! Brandon and his staff members were really accommodating when I availed of their services. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the appropriate and effective system for my home. The installation process also went smoothly.
