Excellent service! My old alarm system, didn't meet our needs for security. This new system is much more convenient as far as setting and disarming. We love the phone and I pad Apps. We have our grown children on app system also for our travel needs. The wireless system is nicer than lots of wires everywhere and unsightly equipment. Excellent equipment and service. The technician was ON TIME for the scheduled appointment, completed the work in a timely fashion, educated us on the equipment, I'm happy! Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!
