Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT. I have no issues referring Brandon and EMS Security to anyone!

User friendly alarm system Brandon was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He took time to explain how all components of the system worked with my husband. We have the alarm, the central heating and air control and garage opener on this system. Thus far, they have been user friendly and above all, have made our family feel safer while at home and away.

Stayed the course to make sure all was well Brandon arrived on time dressed properly for the job. He introduced himself and had company ID visible. We did a brief walk-thru, agreed on the placements and he then went to work programming and installing the system. All went well including his clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend Brandon and this company to my friends.

Excellent equipment and service. The technician was ON TIME for the scheduled appointment, completed the work in a timely fashion, educated us on the equipment, I'm happy! Have been a a former home security consultant for years myself this review would total 6 stars. My hats off to Brando Mills, the installer and technician.
