Excellent service! My old alarm system, didn't meet our needs for security. This new system is much more convenient as far as setting and disarming. We love the phone and I pad Apps. We have our grown children on app system also for our travel needs. The wireless system is nicer than lots of wires everywhere and unsightly equipment. Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment.
