Excellent service! My old alarm system, didn't meet our needs for security. This new system is much more convenient as far as setting and disarming. We love the phone and I pad Apps. We have our grown children on app system also for our travel needs. The wireless system is nicer than lots of wires everywhere and unsightly equipment. Stayed the course to make sure all was well Brandon arrived on time dressed properly for the job. He introduced himself and had company ID visible. We did a brief walk-thru, agreed on the placements and he then went to work programming and installing the system. All went well including his clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend Brandon and this company to my friends.

Very Timely, Friendly, and Cooperative Brandon arrived ahead of the scheduled time, which worked out perfectly since the person I spoke with on the phone knew our store closed at 5. Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT.
