Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

Excellent equipment and service. The technician was ON TIME for the scheduled appointment, completed the work in a timely fashion, educated us on the equipment, I'm happy! Great service! Brandon and his staff members were really accommodating when I availed of their services. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the appropriate and effective system for my home. The installation process also went smoothly.
