Great service, good people! My husband and I have wanted a system for a long time now. We were always worried about cost and if it's functions would really needed. Excellent equipment and service. The technician was ON TIME for the scheduled appointment, completed the work in a timely fashion, educated us on the equipment, I'm happy! Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

Exceeded expectations while providing quality workmanship, equipment and patience. I am a very satisfied customer. The owner and installation team installed my home equipment in a timely manner (asap in my case), and gave me hands on training for immediate use.
