Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

User friendly alarm system Brandon was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He took time to explain how all components of the system worked with my husband. We have the alarm, the central heating and air control and garage opener on this system. Thus far, they have been user friendly and above all, have made our family feel safer while at home and away.

Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT. Very Timely, Friendly, and Cooperative Brandon arrived ahead of the scheduled time, which worked out perfectly since the person I spoke with on the phone knew our store closed at 5.
