Excellent equipment and service. The technician was ON TIME for the scheduled appointment, completed the work in a timely fashion, educated us on the equipment, I'm happy! Have been a a former home security consultant for years myself this review would total 6 stars. My hats off to Brando Mills, the installer and technician.

Loving our new alarm system! I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Great company ! Brandon is one of the nicest , most professional , helpful person we have met in this industry . We have owned 2 systems and didn't have the quality of service , installation or service after the sale . Brandon has followed up with is on the install and other needs we have discussed in more than timely fashion and has helped to guide us through the entire process.we highly recommend Brandon and his company. Spend less, Get more We have used the big names like ADT. We were unsure about using a company for security that was not a National name brand. Well, at the end of the day all we were really paying for was the sophisticated advertisement, there is absolutely nothing superior about their sales or their service. I rate EMS as Par excellent!!! Brandon gave us professional service, very knowledgable technician. No convoluted contract. In this case, smaller is better. We LOVE the price!
