Very Timely, Friendly, and Cooperative Brandon arrived ahead of the scheduled time, which worked out perfectly since the person I spoke with on the phone knew our store closed at 5. User friendly alarm system Brandon was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He took time to explain how all components of the system worked with my husband.
