Excellent service! My old alarm system, didn't meet our needs for security. This new system is much more convenient as far as setting and disarming. We love the phone and I pad Apps. We have our grown children on app system also for our travel needs. The wireless system is nicer than lots of wires everywhere and unsightly equipment. Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT. I have no issues referring Brandon and EMS Security to anyone!
