Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Great service, good people! My husband and I have wanted a system for a long time now. We were always worried about cost and if it's functions would really needed. Excellent service! My old alarm system, didn't meet our needs for security. This new system is much more convenient as far as setting and disarming. We love the phone and I pad Apps. We have our grown children on app system also for our travel needs. The wireless system is nicer than lots of wires everywhere and unsightly equipment.
