Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Great service! Love the whole system! We are so excited about our new alarm system. Brandon is amazing and very knowledgeable of security and how to keep your family safe. Great prices, too! We are paying the same with so many features than before. The app is awesome too and easy to use from your smart phone. Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT.
