GBQuality custom made products I liked that i could get free samples. The online ordering was easy and the blinds actually arrived sooner than expected. The blinds look great. I expect to make further purchases here.

GBbad company 1/3 blinds mechanical rolling mechanism is broken. 2 customer service reps said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Finally the 3rd one is requesting a video and they can have a he same item shipped out. The same blind that is damaged is a shorter than the others and they’re refusing to make it bigger than the size ordered.

GBWill NOT buy from again Ordered 2 blinds, cost $750. Received in reasonable time. Correct brackets, were not in the package. Called for replacements. Told would be 7-10 days, which I felt was ridiculous for them to not be quicker on getting correct pieces to me. Agent states, everything comes from Mexico, and has to go thru customs. Small part, and how do you not get such a simple basic part, correctly in the package. If blinds were for a client, would cost me $$, as well as create an unhappy customer, I would have to deal with. Fast forward couple days, receive an email that my parts order is being processed (not shipped), and allow 3 weeks for delivery. “3 WEEKS”. No email, no chat (says 8AM - 11-PM, but never any agents available). Only option is to call, and get no satisfaction.
