Quality custom made products I liked that i could get free samples. The online ordering was easy and the blinds actually arrived sooner than expected. The blinds look great. I expect to make further purchases here.

bad company 1/3 blinds mechanical rolling mechanism is broken. 2 customer service reps said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Finally the 3rd one is requesting a video and they can have a he same item shipped out. The same blind that is damaged is a shorter than the others and they’re refusing to make it bigger than the size ordered.

Nice blinds Very happy with order. Initially told blinds would not arrive until September. However, they arrived within about two weeks. Nice surprise!! Sturdy and easy to install. Only complaint is the sample I received is different from the actual blind. Actual blinds have solid slats but the sample has faux wood grain. Prefer the faux wood grain but still happy with the blinds overall.
