Two Thumbs Up Thank you Just Blinds for providing great customer service and a great 1st time shopping experience! I am very pleased with my wooden and vertical blinds. I was a bit nervous about my measurements but everything fit perfectly and installation was easy. Two of the vanes were damaged, but the replacement process using the online chat was simple and they were delivered within the expected time frame. Would definitely order from Just Blinds again.

Found company easy to deal with Found company easy to deal with, have bought spare parts and tracks without any problem and ordering simple. I did allow more delivery/production time as I thought possibly small business, had no problems at all. Online fitting info/help and if in doubt pick-up the phone for experienced advice from them first hand before you tackle job---"SO EASY"

Finally, a quality and trustworthy company I had perused many sites and had almost given up finding a user-friendly website to buy blinds. Then I found Just Blinds. So easy and boy were we satisfied with the quality-we will be ordering more for sure! Not one complaint!!

Will NOT buy from again Ordered 2 blinds, cost $750. Received in reasonable time. Correct brackets, were not in the package. Called for replacements. Told would be 7-10 days, which I felt was ridiculous for them to not be quicker on getting correct pieces to me. Agent states, everything comes from Mexico, and has to go thru customs. Small part, and how do you not get such a simple basic part, correctly in the package. If blinds were for a client, would cost me $$, as well as create an unhappy customer, I would have to deal with. Fast forward couple days, receive an email that my parts order is being processed (not shipped), and allow 3 weeks for delivery. “3 WEEKS”. No email, no chat (says 8AM - 11-PM, but never any agents available). Only option is to call, and get no satisfaction.
