Ordered the blinds but needed different… Ordered the blinds but needed different sort of clamps than what came in the box since the blinds need to be held from the sides ; not the top. Called customer service and they sent a new set of clamps. Took a long time for it to arrive but it’s all just fine.

I ordered color samples which arrived quickly and helped me finalize my decision on which product I wanted. Once I placed my final order my blinds arrived on exactly the estimated arrival date. Overall it was a great experience and I will order from Just Blinds again. Best of all they had the best price by far for wood and faux wood blinds. I researched extensively and Just Blinds beats all of their competitors by a considerable margin on price and provide a very nice quality product.

Our order arrived quickly… my only feedback is that the order was delivered in multiple packages on different days, so it was confusing to confirm we had gotten everything. But otherwise a great experience.

I was a bit nervous about my measurements but everything fit perfectly and installation was easy. Two of the vanes were damaged, but the replacement process using the online chat was simple and they were delivered within the expected time frame. Would definitely order from Just Blinds again.

No support for inferior product once it breaks They're product broke after 3 year warranty is up and they won't support with replacement parts even if I offer to pay. They tell you to look at fixmyblinds.com. This site doesn't have the parts for a self lifting roman shade with no chord. I paid $400 and they recommend I purchase another one from them after 4 years and cannot send out replacement parts. WHy in the world do they think they will ever get repeat business. What is the point? Horrible business model.
