GBNice blinds Very happy with order. Initially told blinds would not arrive until September. However, they arrived within about two weeks. Nice surprise!! Sturdy and easy to install. Only complaint is the sample I received is different from the actual blind. Actual blinds have solid slats but the sample has faux wood grain. Prefer the faux wood grain but still happy with the blinds overall.

GBI have never done business with such an… I have never done business with such an incompetent company I ordered my INSIDE MOUNT BLINDS from Just Blinds on 3-12-24 On 3 -22-24 received the Blinds with outside mounts. I called and they sent out the INSIDE MOUNT Brackets. Nope received outside mount brackets again . I called again and they couldn’t explain but sent me INSIDE MOUNT Brackets for the second time . NOPE ! I received outside mounts again Called and talked to a manager he apologized sent me a schematic on how the inside mount should be installed. He said the new inside mount brackets would arrive in 2 to 3 days. Nope 10 days. I received the proper inside out brackets but was missing the nuts for the brackets so now I have to go to Home Depot and buy nuts. These guys have been playing games with me. NEVER AGAIN !

GBHorrible communication, useless hardware, very long ship time Ordered blind on November 5 but did not receive it until December 21–7 weeks. I was promised a 3-week delivery date. I called on week 4 and was told item would be shipped immediately. No shipping updates-nor explanation. Hardware for blinds was useless and I had to replace it. Mediocre quality

GBWill NOT buy from again Ordered 2 blinds, cost $750. Received in reasonable time. Correct brackets, were not in the package. Called for replacements. Told would be 7-10 days, which I felt was ridiculous for them to not be quicker on getting correct pieces to me. Agent states, everything comes from Mexico, and has to go thru customs. Small part, and how do you not get such a simple basic part, correctly in the package. If blinds were for a client, would cost me $$, as well as create an unhappy customer, I would have to deal with. Fast forward couple days, receive an email that my parts order is being processed (not shipped), and allow 3 weeks for delivery. “3 WEEKS”. No email, no chat (says 8AM - 11-PM, but never any agents available). Only option is to call, and get no satisfaction.

GBGreat quality custom product Great quality, custom product! We are repeat customers and had purchased blinds for our previous home as well. Our order arrived quickly… my only feedback is that the order was delivered in multiple packages on different days, so it was confusing to confirm we had gotten everything. But otherwise a great experience.
