Our order arrived quickly… my only feedback is that the order was delivered in multiple packages on different days, so it was confusing to confirm we had gotten everything. But otherwise a great experience.

GBGreat blinds High quality cellular blinds that look great. Be very careful when ordering. On my iPad mini 5, the web page cycles on and off, re-flowing the order form layout, so it can be difficult to get the order right. Check your order confirmation ASAP, so you can make any corrections to the size before Just Blinds starts making them. Otherwise, it’s the best place to order cellular blinds.

GBWill NOT buy from again Ordered 2 blinds, cost $750. Received in reasonable time. Correct brackets, were not in the package. Called for replacements. Told would be 7-10 days, which I felt was ridiculous for them to not be quicker on getting correct pieces to me. Agent states, everything comes from Mexico, and has to go thru customs. Small part, and how do you not get such a simple basic part, correctly in the package. If blinds were for a client, would cost me $$, as well as create an unhappy customer, I would have to deal with. Fast forward couple days, receive an email that my parts order is being processed (not shipped), and allow 3 weeks for delivery. “3 WEEKS”. No email, no chat (says 8AM - 11-PM, but never any agents available). Only option is to call, and get no satisfaction.
