GBSCAM COMPANY If I could give zero stars I would. They scared me into buying it when I moved on my own because I was a 22-year-old woman living alone. They made me think I needed it, and then trapped me in a 5-year contract. I just tried to cancel it after a year and they told me that either I could transfer it to someone (which nobody wants this SCAM), or I could buy out the rest of my contract for $2,000+. I can't afford that absolute BS! I don't remember them being up-front with me about that when I signed up for it. They just went on and on about how helpful it would be and I have used it ZERO times. It just keeps going off in my bedroom every 30 minutes about not being connected. I'm about to destroy the system and keep having to pay $80 a month. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. It is a SCAM and it's hard to get ahold of customer service. Now I have to keep this BS for another 4 years. What a joke.

GBSteven was patient and helpful Steven was patient and helpful. I could tell he really wanted to try and solve my problem. He went through available options even when the first one didn’t automatically work. That’s good customer service when an individual genuinely wants to solve your problem.

GBScam! The WORST! Avoid. Scam! The WORST! Customer service is horrific. Took advantage of our elderly parents. Convinced them to sign a five year contract that renews automatically for another five years years. A publicly traded company could not get away with this fraudulent scam. Impossible to cancel. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company operating in the US

GBJamari & Trevor were both very helpful… Jamari & Trevor were both very helpful today getting me set up with Alder Home Security monitoring. I look forward to receiving my new components in the mail and getting my system set up. I rate both these young men 5 stars.

GBAwesome Customer Service Steven answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He helped us change out the 4 extra sensors by sending us the return receipts and once Alder received them he will be exchanging them for a glass break and a motion sensor since we didn’t realize 4 of our windows do not open. He was awesome with great Customer Service!!!
