Installation was less than stellar My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.

Alder’s wonderful customer service ! I called to change my payment methods and to make a payment ahead of time. Davis was kind, understanding, patient and effective. Thank you for your work. I was able to successfully switch payment methods and make a payment in under 5 mins total on the phone call!

Alder Security: Poor Customer Service Alder was contacted 1 month ago to disconnect my Mother’s services due to her death and a copy of her death certificate was provided. They continue to bill for the services. When I called today to inquire about the disconnection, I was asked if I would like to keep the services. They have done nothing to process the disconnection.
