POOR SERVICh… It started 2 years ago with installation. Board holes all over my home, broke the phone and electrical service, and the camera stopped working after they left. Finally got service tec and he said it was lousy install, cameras too far from router, etc. He left without any service. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE!!!!

Davis - Excellent Customer Service Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about! Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.

Alder customer support very supportive! Alder customer support was on their game and brilliant with their troubleshooting of my panel. We were able to deduce that I needed a new panel as the firmware was bad after some very informative trail and error testing.
