Alder security Review Alder security is a rip off. I called a month ago and requested the monthly monitoring to de disconnected. The sales rep did not tell me that I needed to sign a cancellation form. I received an invoice in the mail and the account manager would not waive it despite my request to cancel which was done two months prior. She was rude and she hanged up the line on me.

Scam! The WORST! Avoid. Scam! The WORST! Customer service is horrific. Took advantage of our elderly parents. Convinced them to sign a five year contract that renews automatically for another five years years. A publicly traded company could not get away with this fraudulent scam. Impossible to cancel. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company operating in the US

I only have good things to say… I only have good things to say regarding purchasing home security from this company. I have not received it yet, and hopefully my good experience remains the same once I receive and get everything installed! I am very hopeful that it will.

Fixed App… My app did not work properly and all it took was 1 text and it got fixed within 2 days. This is a great customer service feature because it saves me a lot of time from having to be on the phone to resolve a technical issue that needed time to fix.

Installation was less than stellar My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.
