Alder security Review Alder security is a rip off. I called a month ago and requested the monthly monitoring to de disconnected. The sales rep did not tell me that I needed to sign a cancellation form. I received an invoice in the mail and the account manager would not waive it despite my request to cancel which was done two months prior. She was rude and she hanged up the line on me.

Alder’s wonderful customer service ! I called to change my payment methods and to make a payment ahead of time. Davis was kind, understanding, patient and effective. Thank you for your work. I was able to successfully switch payment methods and make a payment in under 5 mins total on the phone call!

Alder customer support very supportive! Alder customer support was on their game and brilliant with their troubleshooting of my panel. We were able to deduce that I needed a new panel as the firmware was bad after some very informative trail and error testing. I am very appreciative of the great help Bianca Mendez was able to provide.
