GBNot customer focused.. Just greedy! Their contract has no provisions for cancellation or even moving to a month-to month. Their customer service wanted to extort the remaining part of the contract fee. Refused to even offer alternates to pay a certain amount and terminate. Seems to be a greedy company.

GBDavis - Excellent Customer Service Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about! Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.

GBI only have good things to say… I only have good things to say regarding purchasing home security from this company. I have not received it yet, and hopefully my good experience remains the same once I receive and get everything installed! I am very hopeful that it will.

GBInstallation was less than stellar My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.

GBScam! The WORST! Avoid. Scam! The WORST! Customer service is horrific. Took advantage of our elderly parents. Convinced them to sign a five year contract that renews automatically for another five years years. A publicly traded company could not get away with this fraudulent scam. Impossible to cancel. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company operating in the US
