GBInstallation was less than stellar My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.

GBAlder customer support very supportive! Alder customer support was on their game and brilliant with their troubleshooting of my panel. We were able to deduce that I needed a new panel as the firmware was bad after some very informative trail and error testing.
