Scam! The WORST! Avoid. Scam! The WORST! Customer service is horrific. Took advantage of our elderly parents. Convinced them to sign a five year contract that renews automatically for another five years years. A publicly traded company could not get away with this fraudulent scam. Impossible to cancel. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company operating in the US

Alder Security: Poor Customer Service Alder was contacted 1 month ago to disconnect my Mother’s services due to her death and a copy of her death certificate was provided. They continue to bill for the services. When I called today to inquire about the disconnection, I was asked if I would like to keep the services. They have done nothing to process the disconnection.

Alder’s wonderful customer service ! I called to change my payment methods and to make a payment ahead of time. Davis was kind, understanding, patient and effective. Thank you for your work. I was able to successfully switch payment methods and make a payment in under 5 mins total on the phone call!

Davis - Excellent Customer Service Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about! Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.
