Not customer focused.. Just greedy! Their contract has no provisions for cancellation or even moving to a month-to month. Their customer service wanted to extort the remaining part of the contract fee. Refused to even offer alternates to pay a certain amount and terminate. Seems to be a greedy company.

Steven was patient and helpful Steven was patient and helpful. I could tell he really wanted to try and solve my problem. He went through available options even when the first one didn’t automatically work. That’s good customer service when an individual genuinely wants to solve your problem.

The representative saved the day The representative saved the day. I have called several times over the last few months trying to get the billing correct. Kadija was patient and knowledgeable. She worked with her supervisor and I hope the issue has been resolved at long last! I spoke to her supervisor to commend her service. Thank you

Davis - Excellent Customer Service Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about! Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.
