GBNot customer focused.. Just greedy! Their contract has no provisions for cancellation or even moving to a month-to month. Their customer service wanted to extort the remaining part of the contract fee. Refused to even offer alternates to pay a certain amount and terminate. Seems to be a greedy company.

GBI was really impressed by the… I was really impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by the owner/installers...I was shown everything I needed to knw about my system, I was given several numbers to call in case I need help...so I will b referring u guys to all my friends/family....thnk u so much!❤

GBDissatisfied and Upset customer I have been a valued customer with Alder security since 2019, never missed or late on any payment. When I decided to cancel my contract, because I was moving, I was treated horribly. I could not speak with a manager that was able to give me accurate information. I was placed on hold time after time and transferred from person to person. Do not do business with this company.

GBAlder Security: Poor Customer Service Alder was contacted 1 month ago to disconnect my Mother’s services due to her death and a copy of her death certificate was provided. They continue to bill for the services. When I called today to inquire about the disconnection, I was asked if I would like to keep the services. They have done nothing to process the disconnection.

GBAlder customer support very supportive! Alder customer support was on their game and brilliant with their troubleshooting of my panel. We were able to deduce that I needed a new panel as the firmware was bad after some very informative trail and error testing. I am very appreciative of the great help Bianca Mendez was able to provide.
