Fixed App… My app did not work properly and all it took was 1 text and it got fixed within 2 days. This is a great customer service feature because it saves me a lot of time from having to be on the phone to resolve a technical issue that needed time to fix.

Alder’s wonderful customer service ! I called to change my payment methods and to make a payment ahead of time. Davis was kind, understanding, patient and effective. Thank you for your work. I was able to successfully switch payment methods and make a payment in under 5 mins total on the phone call!

Davis - Excellent Customer Service Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about! Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.
