GBFixed App… My app did not work properly and all it took was 1 text and it got fixed within 2 days. This is a great customer service feature because it saves me a lot of time from having to be on the phone to resolve a technical issue that needed time to fix.

GBDavis - Excellent Customer Service Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about! Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.

GBAwesome Customer Service Steven answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He helped us change out the 4 extra sensors by sending us the return receipts and once Alder received them he will be exchanging them for a glass break and a motion sensor since we didn’t realize 4 of our windows do not open. He was awesome with great Customer Service!!!
