Not customer focused.. Just greedy! Their contract has no provisions for cancellation or even moving to a month-to month. Their customer service wanted to extort the remaining part of the contract fee. Refused to even offer alternates to pay a certain amount and terminate. Seems to be a greedy company.

Jamari & Trevor were both very helpful… Jamari & Trevor were both very helpful today getting me set up with Alder Home Security monitoring. I look forward to receiving my new components in the mail and getting my system set up. I rate both these young men 5 stars.

Dissatisfied and Upset customer I have been a valued customer with Alder security since 2019, never missed or late on any payment. When I decided to cancel my contract, because I was moving, I was treated horribly. I could not speak with a manager that was able to give me accurate information. I was placed on hold time after time and transferred from person to person. Do not do business with this company.

Awesome Customer Service Steven answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He helped us change out the 4 extra sensors by sending us the return receipts and once Alder received them he will be exchanging them for a glass break and a motion sensor since we didn’t realize 4 of our windows do not open. He was awesome with great Customer Service!!!

Steven was patient and helpful Steven was patient and helpful. I could tell he really wanted to try and solve my problem. He went through available options even when the first one didn’t automatically work. That’s good customer service when an individual genuinely wants to solve your problem.
