GBAlder security Review Alder security is a rip off. I called a month ago and requested the monthly monitoring to de disconnected. The sales rep did not tell me that I needed to sign a cancellation form. I received an invoice in the mail and the account manager would not waive it despite my request to cancel which was done two months prior. She was rude and she hanged up the line on me.

GBSCAM COMPANY If I could give zero stars I would. They scared me into buying it when I moved on my own because I was a 22-year-old woman living alone. They made me think I needed it, and then trapped me in a 5-year contract. I just tried to cancel it after a year and they told me that either I could transfer it to someone (which nobody wants this SCAM), or I could buy out the rest of my contract for $2,000+. I can't afford that absolute BS! I don't remember them being up-front with me about that when I signed up for it. They just went on and on about how helpful it would be and I have used it ZERO times. It just keeps going off in my bedroom every 30 minutes about not being connected. I'm about to destroy the system and keep having to pay $80 a month. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. It is a SCAM and it's hard to get ahold of customer service. Now I have to keep this BS for another 4 years. What a joke.

GBInstallation was less than stellar My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.

GBSteven was patient and helpful Steven was patient and helpful. I could tell he really wanted to try and solve my problem. He went through available options even when the first one didn’t automatically work. That’s good customer service when an individual genuinely wants to solve your problem.

GBAlder Security: Poor Customer Service Alder was contacted 1 month ago to disconnect my Mother’s services due to her death and a copy of her death certificate was provided. They continue to bill for the services. When I called today to inquire about the disconnection, I was asked if I would like to keep the services. They have done nothing to process the disconnection.
