GBInstallation was less than stellar My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.

GBScam! The WORST! Avoid. Scam! The WORST! Customer service is horrific. Took advantage of our elderly parents. Convinced them to sign a five year contract that renews automatically for another five years years. A publicly traded company could not get away with this fraudulent scam. Impossible to cancel. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company operating in the US

GBThe representative saved the day The representative saved the day. I have called several times over the last few months trying to get the billing correct. Kadija was patient and knowledgeable. She worked with her supervisor and I hope the issue has been resolved at long last! I spoke to her supervisor to commend her service. Thank you

GBSCAM COMPANY If I could give zero stars I would. They scared me into buying it when I moved on my own because I was a 22-year-old woman living alone. They made me think I needed it, and then trapped me in a 5-year contract. I just tried to cancel it after a year and they told me that either I could transfer it to someone (which nobody wants this SCAM), or I could buy out the rest of my contract for $2,000+. I can't afford that absolute BS! I don't remember them being up-front with me about that when I signed up for it. They just went on and on about how helpful it would be and I have used it ZERO times. It just keeps going off in my bedroom every 30 minutes about not being connected. I'm about to destroy the system and keep having to pay $80 a month. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. It is a SCAM and it's hard to get ahold of customer service. Now I have to keep this BS for another 4 years. What a joke.
